Was very sad looking, etched, dull... Now it looks almost new! Seriously it shines like it was just installed. Obviously there was some damage that couldn't be completely fixed (marble damage we had noticed) but even that looks 90% better and we just can't get enough of how thorough they were. Will be using them again for sealing when needed and if it gets dull will gladly have them back!

Yes..they are very expensive. So basically I was charged $500/hour for 2 people to fill cracks with epoxy and dark grey color for a light beige tile. I was told it will dry to the same color as tile but it only darkened. When I asked for some help they said sorry but that is the nature of tile. They didn't even come to look at it to see how they could help. More like that is the nature of snake oil salesman. Unless it is sealing or polishing, I would not let these guys in my house.

They showed up when they were scheduled to, got right to work, and delivered a thoroughly spotless house as promised. The price was right and the outcome phenomenal. My fiance and I have a rental house that has continuous turnovers and needed a deep clean prior to…read morethe first summer rental. After having a walk-thru of the house, we scheduled the deep clean appointment as well as the turnovers for the entire summer. I confirmed the first appointment day and time TWICE with the owner, Sandra, and was assured the cleaners would arrive at 8:30 AM to do a deep clean before the 3 PM check-in. When the cleaners were not at the house by 9:30 AM, I started to worry. By 12:30 PM and after sending multiple emails and calling throughout the morning, we assumed they were blowing us of and cancelled our plans so we could do the cleaning ourselves. Two individuals from the company finally arrived... over 4 hours late. Since we were short on time, we had them join our cleaning efforts. They did a sub-par cleaning, absolutely not what I would consider a "deep clean" which is what we were charged for. The refrigerator was left untouched and we had to scramble to scrub the bathroom tub and other areas because they didn't have time to do more than a light cleaning. Even more disappointing, the owner never returned our calls to discuss the situation so they lost our business which is running at 2+ turnovers per week.

The wet carpet dried pretty quickly which was a nice bonus. She also cleaned some window treatments that I was afraid to touch and they looked much better when she was done- she also had some great advice on some plastic wraps for the pull cords we could use to keep the dirt off the shades. She was also honest with her advice on some cellular shades that needed cleaning- told me there was a good chance of damaging the shades if she tried getting them wet so she wouldnt take that risk- the shades are 20 yrs old so I'm opting to replace with something more "cleanable". We've hired her to do additional work for us she's not afraid to tackle most home projects- definitely recommending you give her try - a hard worker
