Not Trustworthy! I used Greater Northern Cleaning for the…read morefirst time recently. The cleaning staff was lovely, professional, and did a good job. My issue is entirely with the owner and the billing process. I was quoted $180 for one hour with a three-person team. The cleaners were there for one hour, and I was given a bill for $180, which matched our agreement. Three days later, I discovered that my credit card had been charged $240 instead. When I contacted the owner, he told me they had undercharged me. I explained that the team was there for the agreed-upon hour and that I had a bill showing the $180 charge. His response was that he didn't know why his employee had given me that bill because he handles the invoicing. Frankly, that is an internal issue that should be resolved within the company, not passed on to the customer. It was disappointing to hear an employee blamed for the discrepancy, and even more concerning that an additional charge was made to my credit card without my authorization or prior discussion. I even offered a reasonable compromise of applying the difference as a credit toward a future cleaning because I had planned to use the company again. Unfortunately, that was not accepted. The cleaning team earned four stars. The owner's handling of the billing issue earned one. Customers should be able to trust that the agreed-upon price is the price they will be charged.

She told me when she was done that job she would text me and we could reschedule a different day. She did not text me back Monday to reschedule. I texted her on Wednesday stating that I no longer wanted her services to clean my windows but I wanted my screens back. I texted her again on Friday and she told me she had a chiropractor appointment and she would return the screens at approximately 6:30 that night. No screens were delivered. At 11:15PM that night she sent me a text stating she will be passing through at 7:45 for sure. Why she is texting a customer at 11:15PM is beyond me? She did return the screens after multiple attempts to get them back to us. Very disappointed with her unreliability, lack of services, communication and commitment.
