Maranatha installed our countertops incorrectly on April 30th. We have the paperwork showing they…read morewere to install our sink as an undermount. It has been 7 weeks and they still have not corrected their error. They are giving our contractor the run around and we are not able to complete our project until they fix their error. Our contractor has hounded them and it is my understanding that we are scheduled for this Wednesday. If that does not happen, I am considering legal action although I am not a litigious person in nature. At this point I don't know what other recourse we have.

However, Brenda made it super easy for us and we love how it came out. What we love about Maranatha is their exceptional customer service. Initially, we did have an issue with our backsplash getting installed. The installers made them very crooked and uneven. After we mentioned it, Maranatha came back out to inspect it and they agreed with us 100%. Maranatha ended up replacing our backsplash and hired the right installers to do the job and it looks amazing! Overall, the staff is very professional. Their showroom is great with options that you can easily envision in your own home. We love our new faucet and our countertops made our kitchen very modern.
