Did not keep appointment time. Did not remove my old tops even though it was in the quote. One corner was 1/4" out of square and the owner pushed my stove up to make up the difference. Now the stove drawer wouldn't open. On a new stove. He promised to mount the corbiles but left them on the counter not mounted. I also had to pay $125 extra for sink bracket. The stone looks good. Just don't expect perfection with Locust Fork Granite and Marble. The stone looks good otherwise. read more

These guys are the Masters of the trade and I don't extend that lightly. I have very high expectations and these guys exceeded my expectations to say the least. I was originally going to use a different countertop material but due to the complexity of my kitchen design my contractor and I had to make a sudden change to granite. I went to Locust Fork Granite on Monday and by Wednesday they had the countertop cut, polished and installed by Wednesday. They were professional, polite, expedient and it was extremely apparent that their attention to detail, craftsmanship and quality was the best in the industry which is very important to me. Wow. Building a new house and wanted a quote per square foot for a piece we liked. My husband stopped by and couldn't get anything from them until the cabinets were installed - which means we would have to wait until the last minute to get a price from them - which left no time to get materials ordered from another dealer. So, I called and spoke with the guy over the phone. He told me he couldn't give me a quote and that anytime anyone gave a price per square foot (including Home Depot I suppose), it was a salesman's gimmick. He tried to tell me that a price had to be quoted with all the bells and whistles like making the template, cutting / polishing, edging, installing, etc. Now, my husband and I have been doing high-end renovations for years and we have never been told that we couldn't get a quote on pre-prepped, uninstalled granite priced per square foot prior to making out decision. Once again, I asked the guy for a pre-prepped quote per square foot so we could compare it with others. He hung up on me. Needless to say, we are going with someone else. read more
