This was the best experience we have had with getting help for our autistic son. The staff was…read morefriendly and extremely helpful. At first, we were a little put off with the $100 upfront payment that will be applied to any future copays etc., but we can also understand it. I assume a small practice doesn't have a big budget and getting paid by the insurance companies is a waiting game. So, we took a chance and we are really glad we did. We were able to schedule the first visit via telehealth which due to our son's behavioral issues was a gamechanger. We were able to have a very thorough intake from the comfort of our home which allowed our son to be at ease which significantly reduced his behaviors. We felt truly supported and understood. The 1 star reviews that have been written seem to be a reflection of our broken healthcare system and not reflection of this practice.

I have been going to CLM for a over 10 years now I love it and my therapist is amazing this post…read morehas nothing to do with CLM it's self. This post has to do with a med provider that I've been working with for a few years his name is Dr Brown he's not worthy of having this job his fragile masculinity was crushed when I was expressing myself and used a curse word he thought it was directed towards him and he is said instead of a 2-month supply of my meds he would give me one he told me good luck finding another med provider he is unsuited for this position I want him gone and I will continue to report him until he is gone. Dr.Brown is unfit and unworthy of working in this field of mental health he has messed my meds up multiple time and I've gotten jaundice more than once. Once more Dr.Brown SHOULD NOT WORK HERE ANYMORE ! I will continue to report him until he no longer works there.

He said "if what's going on with you is what I think, you need to go to a real hospital". "we can't help you". I left, drove myself home, and my wife brought me to Portsmouth hospital. Tens of thousands of dollars billed to my insurance and they are telling me I owe them $450. They did nothing, except get my name and insurance information. Stay away from the Plaistow ER. They are not a real ER and probably can't help you.

I have never felt so genuinely loved and cared for by a doctors office before! I have learned over the years I have high expectations. Mostly because of how I was raised to be courteous, thoughtful and compassionate toward others. It's rare these days to find a team who loves what they do, and takes an extra mile to help someone. I'm so grateful i found a new primary care facility for my family and I.

The film took so long to dissolve and the taste was so awful he'd vomit. Eventually we emailed the provider and asked him to prescribe Sublocade instead. He never responded to the email. A few weeks later my son was dead from Fentanyl Poisoning. He was only 19. If that email had been answered, my son might still be alive. These providers have an obligation to follow up on emails and requests from patients when a medication needs to be changed. Ignoring them can, and did, have deadly consequences.
