I went over and without charging a dime, they took my car took a look, analyzed the problem, fixed the problem, and charged me a price i was not expecting. $100 bucks to fix a minor leak while honda was trying to charge $750. Since then, MLO's COO personally stepped in and made it right. What was fixed: Rear tailgate trim piece installed (replacing the temporary bulb seal) -- no more water-intrusion concern. Smoke detector provided as promised. Solar reconfigured to parallel and terminated for EcoFlow DELTA 2 as requested; system now operates within spec. The initial delay and communication gaps were frustrating, which is why I didn't go 5 stars. That said, the final outcome is solid, and the leadership follow-through earned back my confidence. I appreciate the resolution and will consider MLO for future work.

He was very attentive to what I was looking for and unlike the other dealers, actually took the time without making me feel like I was wasting his time because I was only interested in a small tractor. Ed showed me a tractor that what was exactly what I needed and I was surprised to see that his price was much lower than the competitors also being a much better tractor. I did some research on the tractor and purchased it the next morning. Ed sent me all the paperwork and everything was done very easily. He personally delivered the tractor to my home in Auburn three days later. Ed spent considerable time with my wife and I on a Saturday afternoon instructing us on the tractor's operation and features. I've had the tractor for three weeks now and couldn't be happier, both with the tractor and the dealer, The Tractor Place.

Waste of money. A little over a year later, my now 18 month old tractor needed service again. Same problem - no response from Ed until I made my 3rd attempt and asked if he was purposely ignoring me. I got a response and promises to get me info on what parts to order since attachments only have a year warranty. Three weeks later I haven't gotten any further info from him, but did find another LS dealer who helped me resolve the problem. I'd now give LS tractors about three stars out of five and the Tractor Place of New Hampshire a solid one star.

If you want to be treated like an idiot, this is a great place to go. Proceeded to walk into the store after not being greeted. After minutes, was finally acknowledged and berated about not having a mask. I would happily have worn one (why I waited at the door initially) or been happy to be served outside as I was picking up an already paid for part. Instead I got an earful about how I ought to know better by a man that wasn't wearing his mask properly. Meanwhile another employee walks by with no mask on and not a word was said to him. I have had nothing but great experiences all around with the Milford branch, but will strongly encourage away from this one. As a business owner, I would never treat a client in that manner, particularly without instigation. There were many polite ways to deal with the situation (that I was trying to avoid in the first place), certainly badgering a customer, lying about it afterward, and hypocritical application of the standard were not the right way to go about it.
