Update (Dec 5, 2025). My original 1-star review (10/10/25 install at MLO Charlotte) cited missing…read moreparts and a solar wiring mismatch for my EcoFlow setup, plus slow responses. Since then, MLO's COO personally stepped in and made it right. What was fixed: Rear tailgate trim piece installed (replacing the temporary bulb seal) -- no more water-intrusion concern. Smoke detector provided as promised. Solar reconfigured to parallel and terminated for EcoFlow DELTA 2 as requested; system now operates within spec. The initial delay and communication gaps were frustrating, which is why I didn't go 5 stars. That said, the final outcome is solid, and the leadership follow-through earned back my confidence. I appreciate the resolution and will consider MLO for future work.

I bought an LS tractor from The Tractor Place of New Hampshire in November of 2023. A few months…read morelater, in February 2024, I needed warranty service and it took several attempts to reach Ed before I finally got a response; and then an additional two weeks before he acted on it - and this is after having paid extra for their 'customer hotline' service when we bought the tractor. Waste of money. A little over a year later, my now 18 month old tractor needed service again. Same problem - no response from Ed until I made my 3rd attempt and asked if he was purposely ignoring me. I got a response and promises to get me info on what parts to order since attachments only have a year warranty. Three weeks later I haven't gotten any further info from him, but did find another LS dealer who helped me resolve the problem. I'd now give LS tractors about three stars out of five and the Tractor Place of New Hampshire a solid one star.

If you want to be treated like an idiot, this is a great place to go. Waited by the door as I did…read morenot have a mask, was looked at, but not acknowledged by the employees (who were assisting other customers). Proceeded to walk into the store after not being greeted. After minutes, was finally acknowledged and berated about not having a mask. I would happily have worn one (why I waited at the door initially) or been happy to be served outside as I was picking up an already paid for part. Instead I got an earful about how I ought to know better by a man that wasn't wearing his mask properly. Meanwhile another employee walks by with no mask on and not a word was said to him. I have had nothing but great experiences all around with the Milford branch, but will strongly encourage away from this one. As a business owner, I would never treat a client in that manner, particularly without instigation. There were many polite ways to deal with the situation (that I was trying to avoid in the first place), certainly badgering a customer, lying about it afterward, and hypocritical application of the standard were not the right way to go about it.
