I have not used refilled cartridges before, but thought I would give it a try. The person behind the counter at Cartridge World was patient and friendly with the customer in front of me, who seemed a bit confused with technology and the need for the original debit card to process a return. Watching their interaction alleviated the wait. When it was my turn, I explained the purpose of my visit, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that there was a bonus cartridge given to new customers. So, in addition to the yellow ink, I received a black cartridge, too! Don't know how the ink will perform, but the customer service was great.

I was initially being helped by a very helpful woman who unlike their Neighbor to the right, immediately recognized the validity of the check that was deemed fraudulent not more than 10 minutes before. (It was 100% valid for the record) however after realizing my ID was expired, rather then telling me that I was out of luck and to hit the bricks, I was introduced to Tommy Tom.
