This location is easy to find, right off the road and has both a lobby and drive through. The building is a bit older, but it serves it's purpose. I'd rather have exceptional service and really good online tools than a fancy building. The service here is great. The staff were quick to greet me, understood my questions and got me answers in a jiffy. I appreciated that they took the time to review my account and make sure everything was in order-even beyond my initial request that brought me in. I'll continue to do most of my banking online, since it is much more convenient (and their mobile app is fantastic), but if I do need to stop by for anything, I won't hesitate to come back here.

Today I went to the Cyprus Credit Union located on 3876 Center View Way, West Jordan, UT 84084. I went in to open a business checking account and the service was alright but it felt like the branch questioned my identity. I was about to leave with the form I needed to fill to start their process, but prior to my leaving I was asked to "update" my ID in the system (they may have been checking to see if it was valid) which I did, but I know my ID was already validated as I just received a new debit card and recently opened a CD with the credit union (different branch) which checks a person's ID, all in the month of April. This encounter has me question if some employees, at the aforementioned West Jordan branch, actually see people or do they see what they think and make their judgement?

Had a car loan with them a few years back and had a very positive experience! I like their new location in Cottonwood Heights. Beautiful building and the tellers were so helpful and friendly! I needed money wired from my account to complete a purchase of a condominium. I thought it would take a few days to wire the money. But to my surprise, it was received the next day and the title company was able to complete the transaction and close the loan that day! They completely understood my situation and did everything they could to help me with it! They bent over backwards - knowing that I could save some money if I closed early and they made it happen! Had a fine experience here. Just came to get some checks printed. This location has a super…read morestrange set up inside though. When I first walked in, I almost thought they didn't have tellers. It's just a big wall straight ahead with a self service kiosk and a table. Turns out the tellers are to the right kinda shoved in the corner, and there are only two of them (which severely limits the amount of people that can be helped at once). It's like they were going for a "cool" modern feel to the building, but ultimately it just comes across to me as a bunch of empty space. I'm not a huge fan of all of it Though all the employees were super friendly and as I was standing in line, someone came over to ask how they could help me, and they were able to help which was nice.
