Is it possible to award no stars?…read more I called the 24/7 customer service number provided in my email, with a couple inquiries on a transaction I had made that day. I was connected to "John P." from Salt Lake City whom was unbelievable rude and couldn't answer any questions of mine. I don't know how he is a customer service agent in the first place since he wouldn't listen to my questions or concerns and was giving me the same advice over and over: call back the next business day. He didn't even know how to answer my basic questions, which lead to my frustration and me asking to be connected to a manager or supervisor. I asked him for his name, which he then started YELLING and rambling off this information to me. I again asked to be transferred which he said he couldn't do, and then asked for my name. At this point I was in no mood to humor him (and was feeling uncomfortable) and asked ONCE AGAIN to be transferred. All he did was place me on hold (not transferring me). My advice: if you call customer service and get anyone named "John" from Salt Lake City HANG UP IMMEDIATELY. If you don't want your day to be ruined or don't want to get yelled at or end up frustrated then do as I say!

The branch told me I'd have the title in 3-5 business days. Two weeks later I still had nothing. When I called, they said 'Oh that's not how it works -- we send a lien release to the DMV in 3-5 business days, who then mails the title 7-10 business days after that.' That would have been good info to have up front. Worse, I had to waste an entire day because they kept bouncing me around. First they said they'd email me the lien release, then called back to say "Just kidding! I know we wasted over an hour of yours today, but we need your wife to be the one to call in since she is the primary. It doesn't matter that we have her written and verbal consent to allow you to make changes on this account/loan..." Meanwhile I've already sold the car and can't deliver the title to the buyer on time. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I needed money wired from my account to complete a purchase of a condominium. I thought it would take a few days to wire the money. But to my surprise, it was received the next day and the title company was able to complete the transaction and close the loan that day! They completely understood my situation and did everything they could to help me with it! They bent over backwards - knowing that I could save some money if I closed early and they made it happen!
