However, JJS Property forced me to pay the charges by holding my security deposit (Which was $1000) and then forcing me to pay the difference. The 'resident managers' were extremely rude and would stare at me while I was in my garage minding my own business. They also let themselves into my apartment without notice at one point as well. Rent is extremely high for the condition of the building we were in.
