I had used them in the past and had a good experience. Unfortunately all the reviews are factual. I scheduled an install and told install would be a week from that point. They missed the first weekend and I called in to question. They assured they would be out the following weekend, but no showed on that as well. Once Again I called and the apologized saying they are really backup and they would be out later that week. And to no surprise they never showed. I cancel they order and she she said they had already order the granite and that it was on good faith because I was a past customer. So based off of that I gave them one last chance. And here I am 2 months later with no granite countertop. If you considering this company - Just don't. You can't trust anything they say. read more

Horrible, horrible business. Wish we had read their reviews before dealing with them. Waited 2 weeks to get measured for granite for our kitchen remodel.... Finally showed up after a threat to reverse the charges on the credit card for the deposit. Then still waited as the tech "got lost" and just decided to leave so as not to be late for his next appointment...... mind you he was already 6 days late for our measure Now, 2 days before our scheduled installation ( week later than we were assured it would be) we were contacted with a "problem". We were told they didn't have enough granite to do the entire job and Claudia, the owner, put the blame on us as they had to wait so long g for us to be ready......... spoiler alert......remodels take time Do yourself a favor. Run, dont walk away. They were terrible. Missed date after date. No calls. I honestly had to threaten to reverse credit card charges. Then the installers punched 2 holes in wall, left pipes everywhere and Owner is trying to charge me $490 more than she quoted. Disaster. read more

I was looking forward to picking granite for my kitchen, a good 30 minutes for the sales lady to show me their small granite selection. When I saw one I liked I asked her how much it was and her answer was "thats too expensive," we never discussed numbers. I drove 45 miles with every intention of purchasing only to be immediately turned off. I let her know of my disapproval of her answer and left. I let Claudia (boss?) know of my experience and 2 weeks later I get a FB message at 615 am of her apologies and how she wanted to work with me. I had already placed and paid for granite from lowes but decided to see how fast they could install. I was willing to give them a chance if i could get the product sooner. If you want to pay money for a company that will not even show up to your house to do the work you payed for, go with these people. Seriously it's been a nightmare with them and very unprofessional. They tell you they'll be at your house at a certain date & time and never come. Oh and they will not even call you to let you know they can't make it, no they wait until you call THEM then they will make up all these excuses and give you a new time and day and guess what? Still no show. The cycle just repeats. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and I'm going to make sure my friends & family know to stay away from this bad service. The initial encounter at the shop was pleasant. Claudia was nice and accommodating. After the ordering process that was when it went down the hill. On the date of delivery they called after the scheduled time to say they were behind on current job and the crew would not come afterwards. Therefore we were told to reschedule, so we did reluctantly. This was for three days later and we wanted first delivery since again we were taking time off work for this. They said they would call us back and confirm the time the next day since the crew was gone for the day. No call back so wife called them. Still would not confirm time and again said sorry but will call us back tomorrow. Guess what, no call again, so wife called back again. This time they said 9am is ok BUT this is when they leave shop not the actual delivery time. At 11am on that day they still did not show (30 minute drive at most from shop to residence). I called them and she stated she would call crew to check status and call me right back. After 20-30 minutes I call them back, she apologized but now I was mad. 2 days off work wasted I am thinking. So she was like MAYBE this afternoon they will be there. I reminded her we were scheduled for first delivery. She replied "I thought you were off all day". I almost lost it and told her "if they don't deliver before 1pm don't come at all and I want full refund and reimbursed for the 2 days I took off work. Even though I knew that would take court action I am sure. It is now about 11:45. The crazy part is the showed up in less than 30 minutes from that phone call. The crew were polite and took less than 30 minutes to install a kitchen island marble top. read more

We ordered a countertop from this business and they tried to substitute a different product and refused to refund our money. Small Claims Court ruled in our favor and Granite Countertop Solutions is supposed to refund our down payment plus court costs. read more

We got kitchen countertops and a vanity done by them. The communication was poor from the start and they forgot to write down part of the measurements. They were supposed to come on a friday at 3 to get the measurement and never showed. Then i got a call saturday at 5:30 saying they were at my house waiting. I wasnt there because they didnt call ahead. The granite looks nice but when they installed it, they didn't seal it. I asked them if they were going to as they tried to rush out the door. The guy says "oh yeah" and comes back in with a can and a rag. Pours a little bit of liquid on the rag then runs it over my counters almost like he's wiping off crumbs. He was literally done "sealing" BOTH my kitchen and bathroom in 1 minute. Then left. Me, not knowing anything about sealing granite, thought well that was quick. I noticed shortly after that any time I got any water or anything on my counters I would get dark spots for a couple days. I asked a couple guys that are involved in my remodel and they said it needs sealed better. I contacted the company and they didn't respond to my message the first time, then I contacted them again and they gave me the run around about how it's normal for things to soak into granite... YEAH, WHEN IT'S NOT SEALED PROPERLY. I have now hired a different company to properly seal them. Overall, the granite looks fine but I will not be hiring this company in the future when I build. read more
