    Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had. From…read morestart to finish, working with this company was a nightmare. Communication was virtually nonexistent. While I was aware they might arrive the day before the event, they gave no heads-up or confirmation--just showed up unannounced and only called when they were already at my front door. Thankfully, I happened to be home. Otherwise, they would've dropped the inflatable wherever they felt like. Even though I gave them clear instructions on where to place it, they ignored me and set it up in the wrong spot. When I asked them to move it, they said they couldn't--it was too heavy--and only had two people on the job. Then, without asking or informing me, they plugged one of the blowers into my neighbor's outlet. They told me the blowers needed to stay on for over 24 hours (until the event) because the inflatable was top-heavy and might not reinflate properly. That is absolutely unreasonable and a huge liability concern. Pickup was just as bad. They were two days late and again showed up with just two people who couldn't move the inflatable. Instead of calling for backup, they dragged it into my wild grass so my lawn service could mow--completely flattening that part of my yard in the process. Then they left it there for another full day. When they finally came back, they again brought only two people, had to call for two more, and it took them over an hour and a half to get it off my property. The complete lack of professionalism and communication was outrageous. I had to make multiple phone calls just to get basic updates. At no point did they take responsibility or show even a shred of proactiveness. I will never use this company again, and I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress.

    In September of 2019 we put a $100 deposit on a bouncy castle to be delivered October 5th for our…read moredaughters' birthday party. It was not able to be delivered due to weather conditions which was completely understandable. The owner was very great at communicating with us about this all throughout the week before the party and then said she would refund our deposit to the card used to secure it. A couple weeks passed and we had not seen the return so we reached out to her and she said she could not refund it to the card but rather would send a check, we agreed and a couple weeks later we still had not received a check. Her story this time was that she had since figured out how to refund us via our card so she was going to do that. I obliged although I was certainly getting frustrated. When that didn't show up on our card in a week and a half we reached out yet again and she said she thought it went through but it must not have so she would send a check. We did not get a check that time either and had to reach out again, December 26th we did actually receive a check in the mail for our $100 deposit however on December 31st the check was returned due to insufficient funds. Not only was I out the original $100 again, my bank also charged me a $20 fee for depositing the bad check. I called her on January 9th when I received the notification about the returned check and conveyed my frustration. She responded with a text the following day stating that she was going to be putting cash in the mail for the original amount plus the fee I incurred. It is now January 21st and I have still not received a dime. Very very poor business model to lie to customers and refuse to return their money. 10/10 will NEVER use this service again and will be seeking legal recourse.

    I'll start with the good. The delivery team was fast and efficient. When I contacted them about…read morefaulty equipment issues they responded. Unfortunately where they dropped the ball was in the execution of correcting the issues. Following are the service issues I had regarding the rental of a 20' waterslide from USA Rentals on 9/1/2023. Prior to the start of a birthday party, I reached out to USA Rentals regarding an issue with water flow on the waterslide. Instead of water flowing down the slide, it was coming out from the top pouring into the yard instead of on the slide. Additionally, there was also a leak in the hose on the ground, which had not been resolved by a previous repair attempt. I was advised to lower the water pressure to resolve the problem, but this did not work. Upon checking the slide again, I noticed that the hose had completely detached from the top and was creating a pool of water in the yard. The leaking hose had also worsened. I contacted USA Rentals once more, and they assured me that someone would come to repair it within an hour. Unfortunately, this happened during a party, so I couldn't wait for the technician. I tried unsuccessfully to reattach the hose on the top of the slide and ended up improvising a temporary solution rerouting the hose up the stairs and securing it over the slide with a C-clamp and using then duct tape to patch the other leaking hose. Later, the repair person arrived and performed a repair, but I mistakenly assumed that they would address the detached hose issue and did not inspect their work before they left. To my disappointment, they did not address either of the main issues and instead replaced the coupling between my hose and the waterslide hose, which was not even a problem. I reached out to USA Rentals once again to express my dissatisfaction with the process and requested a discount for the inconvenience. Regrettably, I did not receive any compensation. While this may not be a significant expense for USA Rentals, it was a significance for me, and I expected a fully functional waterslide that did not require me to perform ongoing maintenance.
