We had not received this volume of junk mail in several years, but it began on 10/19, immediately after cancelling our homeowner's insurance. The timing is concerning and raises a serious question about whether our information was shared with third parties. Cleary it was! EDIT* 10/19/26 After ten business days, we finally received the documents confirming the policy cancellation, but only after sending a fourth email requesting that the cancellation be completed. We then received a phone call explaining that staff members had been out sick and that our email had been getting "shuffled throughout the office." Happy we won't be contacting this company in the event we have an EMERGENCY!!! 10/02/26 Unprofessional and incompetent. We contacted our insurance "broker" last year by phone and email requesting a quote for an additional home purchase and never received a reply. Our existing policy is up for renewal and we contacted their office requesting information about our policy and payment options. Their staff responded sending us back to the 3rd party insurer and provided 1st payment installment fee without a breakdown of future payments-simply stating, "The monthly payments after that should decrease. A revised billing schedule has not been generated yet..." We contacted our primary residence insurance company and immediately received a quote over the phone, signed application, made 1st installment payment, and received payment receipt, detailed installment breakdown with actual figures, signed documents, and 15 minutes later - DONE! One phone call - ONE exceptional customer service representative, and someone who took time to listen and provide consumer immediate attention with results! Clearly this insurance brokerage firm can care less about their customers and is in the market of receiving their cut without any concern for customer care. If this is the insurance coverage we're receiving for simply trying to renew a policy - we'd hate to imagine what would occur if we had to file an actual insurance claim?!
