The complaint with farmers and department of insurance resulted in inconclusive results, which they all supported this fraudulent office. At no time did he inform me of the requirements, and lied to get me to book the policy. He claims that wishes to discuss these issues, however, the only response from his emails was that "you may call farmers directly and get the info you wish". If this is the type of agent you wish to represent you, have fun. At the end of the day, what is the point of a so called "insurance broker", if their only job is to LIE to you, intentionally misrepresent facts about the policies and do absolutely nothing to help you resolve it? For me, being able to doing my insurance business mostly via email is huge. I don't want to call an 800 number and wait on hold forever. I love being able to email Mike my updates, mileage, questions, etc. He's very prompt in his replies and very thorough in his answers. And if I do need to call, Heidi is super helpful and friendly. And he's been a huge help twice in recommending other services - he recommended the most amazing mortgage broker (Cindi Taylor - see my review) and he helped me out with roofer recommendations. He has come to my home twice, without being asked to get to know us and our specifics needs (including photographing personal property in case of future loss). He adjusted and increased our overall coverages to address our specific needs while actually saving dollars. He communicated clearly and effectively to ensure we fully understood... enabling us to make informed decisions.
