The associate called the owner and the owner said, "No, in fact that he planned on going up in price by 25% per pallet the next week". So instead of giving a bulk price or just saying no that he could not do that he stated that he was going to raise the price by 25%. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism and the pressure tactics that were attempted to be employed especially being a long time customer for many large home improvement projects. Buyer beware as this was a shocking experience.

Everyone was so helpful. I do not frequent this particular art store so I appreciated that I…read morereceived the assistance I needed with locating the items I wanted on a time constraint several months ago. The set up of the store was spectacular.... if you're creative or very in to art of any kind this place will definitely have what you need and it will not be difficult to navigate the store while browsing. I noticed sales as well; great value. The prices and sales are marked in a paper and on the items throughout the store. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I noticed the lighting was not harsh as I took a quick stroll around with my arms full. The staff was very knowledgeable about a variety of items I was looking for. Not once did I feel rushed or frustrated, or that the associates were annoyed with my questions; I was walked to every item I needed instead of pointed across the store. I Did not take a photo of the framing department but it was huge! 10/10 would recomend

I have shopped with Greer's for many years and they are the best place in Loudon to find home furnishings. Bo and his staff are courteous, polite, and very helpful in finding just what you need. They can order different colors and fabrics, and have many styles on the showroom floor. They offer in-home delivery and show up when they say they will, with calls beforehand to re-verify. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Bo Carey is also a strong supporter of the City of Loudon and also conducts historical tours of Downtown Loudon, Steekee Cemetery, and historic homes in the area. You can find that under 'Bo Carey History Tours' on Facebook. Again, I strongly recommend Greer's Home Furnishings' for any decorating or renovating ideas for your home.
