They said if I did not receive it by July 5, to call and I could cancel. Called July 5 because the FedEx tracking says shipping label created but nothing has shipped. I was told that they would cancel the order but would not be able to send me an email indicating that the order is cancelled. What? The foreign "customer service" rep was rude. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said her supervisor said she was in a long call and couldn't do anything more for me. The rep spoke over me and kept getting louder telling me that I accepted what she told me about the cancellation. This was a horrible experience. I see their rating of 1.2 stars and so get it. BUYER BEWARE!!! I fear I will never see the $1000.00.
