After complaining, eventually got a refund on the Santas grotto of £30 which originally cost us £31.96 and just an apology for the overcharging, original offer of refund was only £20.

The cafes good, queue time used to be too long but this has improved recently although I think their range of food is abit limited compared to other cafes. Although saying this they do gluten free stuff which is a rarity, so they are to be applauded. Overall a good trip out on a Sunday something for everyone to look at and a little play area for the kids.

Goods were delivered and left without signature, as agreed but were damaged. Birstall subsequently refused to replace the faulty goods, claiming that they were not liable as I had agreed to a non-signature delivery. Utter nonsense. Very unhelpful customer service. Shop elsewhere.
