This is a large garden centre with a certain lack of care most plants looked dead or dying. Staff were kept as always busy talking to each other while customers tried to find someone to ask a question.. The items purchased in bags so at least we got something on our visit. Unfortunately even these did not materialise. On contacting customer services their answer is as follows.

We'd like to let you know you can return the Sea Holly (or take photos) to your local Garden centre along with your receipt, barcode label, or order number. Our plant specialist will be able to inspect the plants and authorise an exchange with another plant of the same value.
