Ordered goods online. Agreed to a non-signature delivery as Birstall refused to deliver outside normal weekday working hours. Goods were delivered and left without signature, as agreed but were damaged. Birstall subsequently refused to replace the faulty goods, claiming that they were not liable as I had agreed to a non-signature delivery. Utter nonsense. Very unhelpful customer service.
