Absolutely horrendous customer service! I made an order, for my wedding, no less with them. And I was not at all a picky bride! I had a list of everything I ordered and I paid for ALL of it. I was told that I was paying the highest possible price and that they would reimburse me after the day as they couldn't judge the exact price of the flowers. (I was being charged at an estimate of 7 pounds per flower). The DAY BEFORE my wedding I received a voice mail saying that they didn't know where to deliver my flowers to on the day. I had already given them this information before but fair enough. I thought I best just go in as I was around the corner. I went it and was suddenly told that I hadn't paid for everything and had to tell them how I wanted the corsages and to pay for them. With it being THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING I was very tired and quite stressed and was not willing to budge on the fact that I had paid for everything, as I had! I eventually caved before turning into a crying blubbering heap and offered to pay. I was told I didn't need to now. So I left the shop feeling absolutely horrendous. While in the shop I had been told that the flowers cost 5 pounds a flower and not 7, just as a side note.
The day of my wedding the flowers were delivered to the front desk of the hotel I was getting ready in. A) they were late, meaning no one from my wedding party was there to meet them but then B) They clearly out of spite and malicious intent didn't do the corsages! I've yet to receive the money back I was promised from the cheaper flowers.
I'm absolutely fuming at them still and do not understand how a company could be so horrendously evil.
Just as a side note. The corsages were for a close friend of mine who is blind, on a feeding tube and in a wheelchair. The corsage was for her and her support worker as I knew otherwise she was going to stay up and make them for her and her support worker! Instead she was without.
