First I want to say DON'T TRUST THEM, I'M WARNING YOU JUST DON'T! I moved here from OK with 2 pets, my rare 11yr old brindle Italian Greyhound and my 2 yr old Lynx Point Siamese. I'll say I was impressed by Dr. Reddings ability to perform expensive procedures and prescribe medications totaling thousands. I'll pay the most to get the best and she fully took advantage of this. Once my beloved dog got sick, she didn't have enough time to treat his severe condition. Convinced me his quality of life wasn't going to improve and it would be best to euthanize him. Worst experience EVER. I was hysterical after they preformed the procedure. Fast forward to the following year when my family was diagnosed with ringworm. I contacted the clinic about my cat ZIGGY and was seen promptly due to my ability to pay vet balances in full and without hesitation. While at my appointment Dr. Redding advised me she couldn't deal with my cat due to his fractious behavior but would prescribe the best most expensive antifungal to treat his condition and sent me on my way. I'm gunna mention here my cat ZIGGY had no handling problems at his previous veterinary clinic. They all laughed and joked about his personality. Fast forward to the day they allowed a secretary to play doctor. I previously called more than once due to several problems while treating my cat, they never asked to see him or retest for any other parasites. He was suffering from coccidia but this diagnosis was never discussed with me. Dr. Redding never spoke with me about my concerns or his severe infection. I was told they could help but it would be to euthanize my pet. After refusing such services 3 times, the secretary Rylea presented a "helpful solution ". On OCT 1ST Rylea checked ZIGGY in at Grandview and we exchanged information to keep contact. After 2 weeks of trying to obtain photos and proof my cat was being treated, I was told by a woman Rylea called "shelly" that they live trapped ZIGGY and shipped him on a van to MN. My husband promptly went to vet management about the problem and was told they would not and could not help us find our cat. When we reached out online and to rescues about locating ZIGGY, we learned the veterinary clinic was telling ppl we wanted him dead. They have taken our pet from us and also prevent him from being returned. We have lost both our pets due to this clinic since moving to Odessa in 2019. I would never recommend this doctor, she's as fake as it gets and clearly her only motivation here is monetary gain. If pets were her concern, mine would still be safe at home with us! read more

It is within my belief that a Veterinarian should have strong ethics when it comes to providing communication and knowledgeable services to the public. When we made an appointment with Dr. Reddy at Grandview Vet in Odessa, Texas we trusted that she would give us full treatment Love and Care to our sweet baby who had been through so much of trying to survive. This Veterinarian had no experience when it came to our puppy's illness and how to move forward with her care in treating her , instead she attacked our puppy verbally for barking in the room as Bad Behavior which it was not and Dr. Reddy came verbally abusive to me and said, "I don't Know what you want from me." All that we wanted was professional help for our sweet puppy. I would not recommend Dr. Reddy as a Veterinarian to anyone. read more

I used this clinic for over 4 years and was happy with the doctor and staff. My little dog became ill and I tried to get her either worked in or an appointment and they didn't have time to mess with me or her. After trying for 3 weeks, I admit I got upset, raised my voice and did use a curse word and ended up hanging up on them. I will never, ever use them again. If your dog is sick, forget about getting any help from them. Luckily, I did find a vet that cared and got my dog looked at, labs and medication for her. I just received a letter from them that they didn't want to do business with me any more. Well, that suits me fine, as I wouldn't ever want to do business with a vet/staff that didn't care about the animals they treated. My advice: stay away, far away from this place. read more

Not sure why people are saying you have to wait long, but even during Covid I didn't have to wait more than 20 min to get called back with my dog. If we can wait 1-2 hours at our doctors visits, I think we can expect to wait the same for our pets. Worst clinic ever. Doesn't appreciate clients business or care about pets. They literally mistreated my pet and my wife in the same visit. A place of business should care for you as a paying client or a pet in need. They claim to be soo busy and don't care about you or your pets. If there was a zero star they wouldn't even deserve that. If I could give 0 stars I would. It takes a lot to push me to the point to write a bad review. But I have never gotten in for an appointment on time. I've always been sitting in the waiting room till at least 30min past my appt time. Then another 10-15 on top of that once I'm in the room. Ok cool, the vet is a great vet I can deal with that and wait. What I can't deal with is having my dog have pink eye and being told to be there at 3:30, sitting on the floor trying to console him as he's getting super worked up crying and shaking, having the receptionist even acknowledge it and yet no one does anything. So after 30min, I left and I will never be back. And to the front desk girl, when your customer is visibly shaken and frustrated, don't cop an attitude with them! read more

My wait time is always minimal. The staff are so cordial & accommodating, even at busy times. My pup is comfortable there & is greeted with open arms at every visit. I had been a client for over 20 years. During that time, I loved Dr Meyers. I visited the clinic today and saw a new vet ( Dr Meyers had retired), Dr Reddy. I will never step foot in that clinic again. Her attitude regarding reputable, conscientious breeders was insulting. To suggest spaying at the same time as a c-section on a giant breed girl is bad medicine! Furthermore, to state that ALL breeders are crazy is infuriating. My girl is a Akc champion, therapy dog, fully health tested and her brother is the number one Mastiff in the country. read more

I took my two dogs in for a wellness check and, primarily, to get a renewed prescription for heartworm and flea prevention. The visit for the two ran me $311, which was high, but acceptable. We did have to wait more than an hour past the appointment time to be seen, which is tough with two active dogs. But what is prompting this review is the clinic's greed in terms of prescriptions. I told the vet tech that I wanted the same product that the dogs had been on, which was one monthly pill that prevented both fleas and heartworm. She acted like she didn't hear me, and she proceeded to ask me to choose between a pill and a shot vs. two pills. When I clarified that I wanted to keep them on the pill that handles both, she told me that they didn't have it and again tried to force a decision on what they carried at the clinic. I told her that I would take it up with the vet when she came in to see us. The vet told me that I could indeed get the prescription I wanted, Sentinel, online and gave me the web address to the clinic's online store. I priced the prescription at their online store and then at 1-800-PETMEDS and found the difference between the two to be over $93. I placed the order with 1-800-PETMEDS and waited for confirmation that Grandview Vet had authorized the order. Several days later, I received an email from PETMEDS to contact my vet about the prescription. The woman I spoke with at the vet's office told me that they would not authorize the prescription from PETMEDS. She didn't even think that Sentinel was available and told me that they were probably sending out expired medications. I told her that the same medicine was available on their own website at a huge mark-up. She expressed surprise but again told me that the clinic would not authorize that purchase. It is clear that this clinic is not satisfied with the $311 they have already gotten from me. The only reason to insist on use of their own online store is to make a tidy profit. I am very upset that I must now make a new appointment with another vet to obtain the prescriptions my dogs need. Update: I visited with the vet who apologized for the unprofessional behavior of her representative. She still refused to authorize "third party" prescriptions, but she showed me a cheaper version of the medicine I was ordering on their website. Upgrading from one star to two. I will still look elsewhere for my dogs' next appointment. read more

This is a great clinic...so much better than "that other one". I switched to Grandview Vet after my old clinic disappointed me with their negligent care of my dogs. Dr. Meyers was able to help them and has continued her excellent care of my "problem child" dog who has bad teeth. I really appreciated the card Grandview Vet staff signed and sent when I had to put my elderly dog down at the emergency clinic. Grandview Vet seems to care about their patients and do not seem like they are just running them through to see as many as possible. The clinic is also the cleanest one I have ever come across. Went to this vet for the first time and I was impressed. All of the staff took the time to listen to what I was saying and answer all of my questions. The staff also asked a lot of questions to be sure and truly understand what was going on with my dog. I truly appreciated it because often times I forget all of my concerns that I wanted to discuss. The vet took her time and did a very through examination on my dog. Every staff member I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The office was very clean and up to date. Overall they are a little pricy but very professional. I would recommend to anybody. read more
