I cannot think of any other business where competent service, flexibility, availability, and…read morecompassion are more important than for a funeral home. My family has always used Ferfolia Funeral Home for several important reasons: 1. Their staff are the most professional, caring, and down to earth people. The funeral home itself is spacious, nicely decorated, and offers facilities to hold large groups for snacks, and meals, if needed 3. Their ability to coordinate the various "moving parts" is exceptional. They are able to communicate with churches, cemeteries and various family members with ease. 4. When working with the staff, you really get the feeling of "being taken care of."

Our most recent burial witnessed a member of the grounds crew desecrate the memory of our brother who was having his ashes buried on that day. This employee took a floral arrangement that had been set up on a table as we prepared for a committal service and threw it into the open cremation grave. We were mortified and when we complained to the cemetery office we were told basically "we do our best". Are these the same employees that are unloading the remains for the crematory? We are not going to take the chance.

When Mom passed unexpectedly, I called Justin Zabor and he immediately put me at ease & took away an immense amount of my stress and anxiety. The driver said that everybody wants to be back at the funeral home by 1:15 PM. Instead of 1:15 PM, the driver decided to takeoff at 1 PM. This left several people out in the cold as they would not be able to follow him. I don't feel that the staff worked at their best I felt compassion was lacking, and it seemed to me that it wasn't that important to them. I would never recommend this funeral parlor to anybody!
