Split tongue has had my number for a month and I've been checking in getting reassured along the way but I don't see integrity. They are also distributing care sheets of a breeder who wasn't happy I was calling him while back tracking. Split tongue represented itself as a hatchery but are really a pet shop middleman. I bet they get 1 day shipping to turn around and take to the shows without any care between. Save your money and get better quality ordering online.

Had to take my dog to the vet to get it stopped. Contacted the company by phone and representative told me it could take 6 to 8 weeks to resolve and they would "email" me instructions about how to process return. There's been ABSOLUTELY NOTHING sent to my email so we've gone ahead and taken care of this with our credit card company. Not only was my dog injured but the representative on the phone didn't seem to care at all nor was she in any hurry to help me. Rest assured that we're NOT paying for this piece of crap. They also would not refund or allow a return. They are a complete rip off and do poor business. I do much business in the pet breeding realm and this is the worst I've experienced from a company. This was the worst experience purchasing a puppy from a "breeder". Don't be fooled by good prices…read moreand well written emails. We payed for a puppy and waited for it to be delivered via ground transportation. Never hearing additional updates on the transportation process we assumed the puppy would be delivered to our home.... This was not the case. 6pm on a Monday after we both had long hours at work the transporter contacted us saying WE needed to meet him 3hrs away to pick up the dog by 11pm.... Um what?! Struggling to contact the breeder to get this situation corrected she finally returned my call after 7pm with a voicemail stating there was nothing she can do about it, we wanted the dog shipped quickly, why don't we care about the dogs health and safety, I'm a bad person, we are crazy people arguing about a 3hr pick up (6 hrs total late at night). Finally the transported and I agreed on an alternative day and pick up place but the breeder continued to be upset and argumentative. This breeder is out if her mind. She's in her own world. She has no consideration for the human in this relationship. After posing the question of fatigued driving and putting the safety if the puppy and us at risk she still didn't see the issue. She argued with me, she argued with my boyfriend and the poor puppy was stuck in a van somewhere in St. Louis. After everything she refunded shipping since she admitted the puppy wasn't supposed to be in that truck but a different one and was originally supposed to be delivered the following morning. Then thinking it's been resolved we wake up to an email stating she has refunded us our money and she's keeping the puppy! Don't trust Salt Creek Frenchies.

I called Lambert twice Monday afternoon but had to leave messages to cancel my order. I emailed them twice that afternoon to cancel the order as well! No one from Lambert got back to me until over 24 hrs later at 3pm Tuesday afternoon telling me that the order was shipped! Terrible customer service!
