Split tongue has had my number for a month and I've been checking in getting reassured along the way but I don't see integrity. They are also distributing care sheets of a breeder who wasn't happy I was calling him while back tracking. Split tongue represented itself as a hatchery but are really a pet shop middleman. I bet they get 1 day shipping to turn around and take to the shows without any care between. Save your money and get better quality ordering online.

I found out…read morethat I would need to learn how to administer sub q fluids to my punk. 100 ml every other day at my vet they charged 30 dollars for take home sub q fluid set which is for 1000ml it adds up quick 60 dollars a month for my punk. Pet supplies for less offers the same equipment for less than 1/2 the cost of my vet. They contacted my vet for me and got a script for the perscribtion. This is such a relief as I am struggling with finances but this company is helping me help my little punk battle her kidney failure. If your cat or dog is suffering through CKF try having your vet send them a perscribtion and save some money on the fluids, needles and iv sets. CKF is life long battle and your pet will thank you.

Read ALL the instructions and practiced first to make sure I was not too close to the quick. When it showed green, I clipped. And there was blood EVERYWHERE!!! Had to take my dog to the vet to get it stopped. Contacted the company by phone and representative told me it could take 6 to 8 weeks to resolve and they would "email" me instructions about how to process return. There's been ABSOLUTELY NOTHING sent to my email so we've gone ahead and taken care of this with our credit card company. Not only was my dog injured but the representative on the phone didn't seem to care at all nor was she in any hurry to help me. Rest assured that we're NOT paying for this piece of crap. I guess I'll just hang onto it for now and if I don't hear from them, I'll throw it away. I will NEVER use this company again and will tell anyone I know the same thing. They do not sell their puppies until they are 10 weeks old and it is apparent that they are very well taken care of and well socialized in their early life. I think some people just get impatient. This is a small company and they do business nationwide. They are always very responsive, never waited for than a day for an email or call back. I'm actually here to post a review for a recent issue out of their control where the USPS said my package was delivered and I never received it. Not only did Lambert get the whole situation sorted out in just a couple of hours, but did so in a way that was stress-free for me. I am so pleased with how they managed the situation and how kind they were and the urgency with which they treated the situation knowing that it was medication. Great company and great staff!!

I called Lambert twice Monday afternoon but had to leave messages to cancel my order. I emailed them twice that afternoon to cancel the order as well! No one from Lambert got back to me until over 24 hrs later at 3pm Tuesday afternoon telling me that the order was shipped! Terrible customer service!
