We have a straightforward office setup and had two (a 5,000 and a 10,000 sf) locations contracted with Jan-Pro. We began noticing the quality of the work was suffering early on and requested to have items from their check lists addressed which were being missed, they referred us to the onsite binder and we said that we couldn't be expected to write down basics like vacuum the entryway or wipe down the kitchen counter every day as that's the purpose of the punch list they created for our contract. They also: 1) skipped cleaning an entire floor of a building for 6 months and told us they meant to clean it and would give us a refund but didn't 2) threatened to send us to collections because we were 30 days late on payment after stopping our ACH as they refused to do the cleaning 3) delivered multiple shipments of supplies, decided to put them in our basement and when we voiced concern that they were charging us for supplies that didn't exist we went through 20-30 emails before asking the supplier where they were putting it 4) are rude 5) caused pest problems at both locations because they don't vacuum (they are contracted to do this 5x weekly) 6) leave supplies in the open - like a vacuum in your lobby in the morning in a lobby that hasn't been vacuumed 7) send 3-4 invoices monthly per site and will not aggregate it 8) will not correspond with anyone other than the account holder 9) do site visits, identify the issues you are discussing exist, offer solutions, then refuse their own solutions and access to the site manager who toured the location with you 10) hold you to an annual contract while simultaneously telling you they will not do the service When we provided video evidence that they consistently spent less than 30 minutes cleaning each day they finally threw up their hands and said it was a bad fit - this felt like an opportunity to apologize and address the issue as we just want our carpet vacuumed but they simply don't give a sh**. After politely saying we are happy with our current provides, they became rude and aggressive - insulting our employees and demanding to speak with the 'decision makers'. They continued to use guilt after we refused to set up a meeting ("well, I guess if you're happy not saving money") and other completely inappropriate tactics. Even if we were not happy with our current providers, I would never use Jan-Pro.

I called over the phone and spoke to Alan who got me set up quickly. I was very happy with the work and the pricing and decided to book for regular cleaning through their site afterwards and it has been smooth sailing since. They are now my go to cleaning service moving forward. If you own a airbnb you know that a reliable cleaning service is vital to keeping guests happy and coming back. Communication with the owners is great and I would 100% recommend their Service!

I received an acceptable light cleaning from this company. it was only the next day, Christmas Eve,…read morethat I found that both my lightning cable charger was missing but that a $200 Visa Gift card I had been saving or my Granddaughter's Christmas present, was also missing. No one had been in our home prior to this discovery And we had counted it with some others I had been saving the day before. When I spoke with the company spokesperson, he denied this was due to any fault of his employee. I asked that he ask her where she had put the charger. He has neglected to do so. He offered me a $100 rebate and an appliance cleaning in exchange. As the total cost to me has totaled $525, I found this to be less than acceptable. To this day, I have heard nothing further from this company and must at this point consider legal action. Needless to say my granddaughter did not receive the Christmas present I had been happily anticipating. I would never again hire these people.
