DO NOT HIRE!!! Handy Housewife's Hauling LLC. Inexperienced workers, shoddy workmanship, and I was…read moreway overcharged for the work. They work slow, take too many breaks (on the clock) and are always late. One worker actually fell asleep on the job and I got charged for his sleeping on the job! Instead of pulling up the poisonous black nightshade in my backyard, they decided to rototill the area, and it has spread further. My backyard was supposed to be covered with pea gravel, and there is no pea gravel, just a muddy, weedy mess. They also charged me for getting the gravel, I haven't gotten any gravel. They hung a no-dig picket fence in front; it's crooked. They put mulch by the sidewalk; weeds and grass are growing through the mulch. I bought a composite privacy fence for the backyard; it's not installed. They did crappy work and it should have cost me about 1/4 of the amount they charged me. When my money ran out, they wanted more money. Authorities including police, my bank, the State Attorney General, and more have been notified.

I'm sure it also depends upon individual experience and that probably can vary greatly, depending upon your cleaner and needed interaction with the office staff. This review is based on our experiences over the last two years with Two Betty's. As you can tell from my rating, we are very satisfied. We have been lucky to have one consistent cleaner (Victor), who does a consistently excellent job. My interactions with the office staff has also been excellent. They are very accommodating to changes, both in terms of hours per visit and rescheduling when we are out of town. The price is based upon the number of hours (we use their services two hours per month and the price is quite clear and consistent. We started Two Bettys based upon a recommendation from our daughter, who is also quite happy with their service. Originally, we started because my wife had some surgery and our original intention was to stop the service when she recovered. However, we were so pleased with the results, we have continued using them, even though we reduced the number of needed hours per month. I hope that you will be as pleased as we are.
