This clock maker takes no pride in his work, and he is rude if you deign to say that you are…read moreunhappy with his work. I purchased an antique cuckoo clock for my husband when I was in Germany, and in the process of having it shipped back the bellows were destroyed and the chains got into the workings of the clock. The owner of the store assured me that he could repair it and gave me a quote for the price as well as a date when I could expect it. It was not ready when he said it would be, only three weeks later. When we first got it back it did not run at all. When my husband called him to complain he was VERY RUDE to my husband. We took the clock back. After getting it back the second time it only just worked (didn't run or cuckoo smoothly) and the birdie did not work. When my husband contacted him again we were told that the birdie could not be repaired and that there was nothing wrong with the clock. My husband has subsequently taken the clock to a different clock maker who said that the setting on the clock was off and that the birdie could indeed be fixed. If you are interested in having your clock worked on by someone who cares about the quality of their work, don't take it to this store.

Unfortunately I did not get anyone's name, but the manager was superb, really made a great effort to ensure that the ring returned in better condition than when I brought it in. The young lady (who's Friday is actually her Friday) was amazing as well. The quality of the work was outstanding! I actually tried the other jewelry shop in the mall but they were unable to help. I'm glad, because I probably wouldn't have walked into Morgan's. I will definitely be back!

I was back in about 6 min. Okay I was kind of antsy but I also noticed the nice selection of inventory they had. So I started looking at different items. Then I decided on a beautiful Ruby necklace they had. I was happy with the quality of the stone and gold on the necklace . They did have a nice selection of watches and rings too. But I felt the necklace was more my wife's style. So yes it was,a positive and enjoyable experience here in Missoula Montana. When I come back to vist again I will be sure to stop by again.
