We were trying to figure out if they were open (composted hours) and a patron opened the door and invited us in. We sat at the bar and Jenna took care of us. She was fabulous!! The amount of whiskey in a pour varied greatly depending upon who served us, and it also seemed like my partner (male) always got about 25% more in his glass than I did (female). If they're low-key profiling folks and deciding how much alcohol they can handle, some of us are going to surprise them :-) The place is huge, with many seating areas and event spaces. The vibe is pretty sterile--not a lot of art on the walls, varying colors or textures, etc. Cocktails are well-balanced and well-made. We would have loved to try a few more whiskeys but several menu items were out of stock -- guess we'll have to come back again soon!

Very knowledgeable explanation and cool merch., was wall to wall. I sampled a few after a small explanation of what I liked and was blown away at the great pours I was able to try. Hidden gem for any whisky snob or beginner that wants to broaden their knowledge and palate on what's out there besides the everyday bottles that most have heard of. Be prepared to be surprised. My children treated me to a winery tour for my 75th birthday on Saturday, June 18th. We used this…read moreservice. It was as good as it could get! Fred was our host and driver. He came on time to pick up us. We weren't quite ready, but he waited patiently. There were 7 of us. We rode in the immaculate white Explorer. We were a little cozy, but it was fine. Fred was very accommodating, flexible, friendly, helpful and kind. One of my grandsons is handicapped and he was very helpful with him. Let him ride in the front with him and helped with his walker. We were allowed to bring snacks and water which we indulged in between stops. He dropped us off at the door and we did not see him again until it was time to move on to the next stop. One of the wineries was closed for a wedding so he substituted another winery on the opposite side of the tour we were doing, but were interested in because the winery has a store in our town that we go to often. We had a great time! If you are in doubt, go for it. We met his wife, Heidi, at one of the stops and I am sure she would be just as good.

I checked in for my tours at the front desk and the gentleman who greeted me was super informative and friendly. I took the Beer Master Tour with Amy (I am pretty sure that was her name!). The tour was EXCELLENT and we got to see all of the behind the scenes areas of the brewery and try Budweiser straight from the finishing tanks. Based on how great the tour was, I was surprised to hear the guide had only worked there for a couple of months. Shortly after my first tour ended I took the Clydesdale tour. The guide, although I forgot his name, was amazing, hilarious and a smart ass (in a GOOD way!) He was an older gentleman who utilized a walker. It was nice to get up close and have the opportunity to pet the Clydesdales and take some photos. On each tour you receive a couple of complimentary beers and by the end of my stay I had plenty! The gift shop had so many selections from all of their different products. Their facility is massive and the main building is super cool with many different stations to hang out or take photos. They do serve food and I got a chicken wrap with potato salad and coleslaw. The wrap was good but their sides definitely need some work. They have water stations around so you can help yourself to tap or sparkling water. I highly recommend.
