I said OK well is there a discount for it being down? I spent $18 or can you do anything about it? and all he said was nope it's just down. He was not customer service oriented, not friendly at all I mean in this day and age we have to have good customer service at the very least be friendly! $18 is $18 and the best business practice to do would've been to offer me a discount for next time I come, or something! At least be nice to me on the phone. Customer service is Paramount! Nobody cares these days and I'm really sick of it and I'm not gonna go back to this place

Our grandkids ride in this car, so crumbs and other food related "droppings" can be found in the car. They did a decent job vacuuming the floors but it doesn't look like they used the vacuum on the seats. Lots of crumbs in the seat seams. I realize they can't get every drop of water off the car but by the time I got home there were tons of water spots on the sides of the car. I paid $40.00 for their ultimate wash plus $10.00 for a tip. I was a bit disappointed after paying $50.00 that it wasn't better.

You pulled up, dropped off the car, and things were taken care of. Now the process is a mess, the packages are a mess, and the layout is a mess. They made everything more complicated for the customer just so it would be simple for THEM. And on top of that they raised prices while having half the employees. After well over 10 years as a loyal customer I'm done. It's not worth it at all. If I have to take my car through the machine myself then why go to Fast Eddies when there are a million drive-through car washes everywhere. They got rid of the very differentiator that made them special and made it worth going there. Foolish.

If you're feeling lazy, their automatic washes are also pretty good - cheap-o me got a $5 wash the other day and it was pretty through. I went into the first bay, though, and once the red light told me to "stop," nothing happened. I had to pop it into reverse and rock back forward to reactivate the sensor and start the wash. A little lame, but it worked.
