Sadly some of the letters in the name had already fallen off of the ribbon and flowers on display were not as vibrant and fresh as you'd expect for the cost. Much of the green styrofoam was showing so it was equally not as full of flowers as expected-it turned out to be a very costly afterthought! We would have thought the last minute arrangement was the reason for shabby craftsmanship, but an arrangement that was ordered way before the event also came with flowers that appeared to be not fresh and vibrant and it literally was mostly dead just two days following . We appreciate the customer service but the attention to detail could be improved upon!

I knew we weren't going to be home because I needed to run some errands with my in laws the next day. Thankfully, I received a call the next morning from Knox Flower Shop stating they had a delivery and was wondering if I was going to be home. Since we weren't going to be home, I thought it might be better if we stopped while we were in town to pick them up on our way home. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant and said it would be ready whenever I came in. Awesome! The store, which is located on the intersection of N. Last Chance Gulch and Columbia Avenue, was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Upon walking in we were greeted by Randi. While my Mother-in-Law asked about the African Violets sign, I inquired on my "delivery for pickup". Even if the ladies, spilt the beans on the sweet note my husband had attached to accompany the flowers, I couldn't get upset even though I would have rather read it for myself but oh, well! What was more important was the eye-catching arrangement in front of me which had captured my attention. I'm just going to say it: OHHHH MY GAWD GORGEOUS! Did I mention he's a hopeless romantic? I've received other arrangements when we were dating, but this one ranks up there with B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! Knox really did a superb job on this arrangement. I immediately called him once I got home to thank him and sent him a photo of how wonderful and pretty the flowers looked. He was very impressed with the arrangement as well and loved that they added their special touches, which made him happy as well! My mother in law picked out her two beautiful African violets of different colors and I walked out with an arrangement which screamed, "Wow, you lucky thing, you! I can tell you are loved" If you would like to brighten someone's day, check out Knox, because they know how to put smiles on faces and maybe even add some blush to the cheek bones too! FYI...my flower arrangement lasted an entire 7 days! Of course, it required a lot of attention, little care and some TLC, but well worth the beauty it provided every day. This is the larger of the two and is the smallest & skinniest I have ever seen. Could barely see it once it was on because it blended right into the design on my dress. The flowers were glued onto this double layer of ugly grey colored wide ribbon which made it difficult to get the pin through. Then some of the leaves fell off right away & it was wilted soon after putting it on. Disappointed.
