Anaconda is a historical treasure trove- this store lets you take some of it home. Individual vendors sell their items here, but it doesn't have the individual stalls- the feel of it all being one continuous store was much nicer than the normal rent a stall antique shops. Probably MONTANA'S BEST thrift store. A huge and very well laid out thrift store that is a fixture…read morein downtown Philipsburg. Open every day but Sunday [but maybe then too in the summer]. Huge selection of clothes, toys, books and housewares. All proceeds go to the local hospital and rest home and the local volunteers are helpful and friendly. Terrific place for cowboy items like western shirts, etc. Prices are very reasonable. Closed on Sunday in the winter.
