Honestly, this really wasn't one of the best pubs that I have visited, though of course in a small…read moretown like Millicent you really don't have a huge choice. However, as a pub it actually wasn't all that bad, though of course they didn't have a huge range of beers on tap, though that is to be expected out in the country. However, I did find the service to be quite friendly, and the other thing was that they did have quite a nice beer garden out the back. Ok, it wasn't hugely crowded, but that probably had a lot to do with the time of day I was passing through.

I guess it is one of those pubs that really has its own set of customers, and that is pretty much about it. In fact the pub really wasn't all that big, and the tap beer selection was pretty atrocious. Then again, I probably should have expected that there would not be all that much when it came to tap beer selection. However, compared to the other pubs in town, this one is certainly not going to be appearing on my 'visit again' list - at all.

Sure, when it was wandering around the area killing sheep, there was a rumour that a tiger had escaped from a zoo and people when out hunting it, but it turned out to be, well, a dog. Anyway, other than that, which isn't all that impressive anyway, I found that the service was pretty appauling and the beer selection was pretty bad as well. So, if you are really all that interested in seeing a stuffed dog, then maybe you might want to go and see it, but I personally wouldn't be recommending making the trip (it is also a bit out of the way as well).

Yeah, the service wasn't too bad, though coming here during the day is probably one of the reasons why it was quiet, as a pub it wasn't really too bad. Then again, the beer selection was rather limited, but that is sort of to be expected in country towns.

We're were there at 7.30pm Very Very poor service for any restaurant. Sorry BeachPort Pub restaurant. Won't be back. Beachport is a wonderful coastal country town with a cool country community. But it seems the pub has missed it. If you don't have a reservation for dinner. Don't bother popping in, they would rather turn away people then seat you at vacant tables.

The historical nature of the place isn't too bad, but one should also remember that Beachport is sort of one of those places where families seem to swarm down to for their regular holidays. The pub itself didn't really stand out all that much, and the beer selection wasn't all that great. Still, it is okay on the grounds that it is basically the only pub in town.
