Dr. Downing is ridiculously arrogant, dismissive and egomaniacal. He made HUGE surgical error, than refused to believe that he could have possibly done anything wrong. While my niece was slowly dying (three infected abscesses and fluid on the lungs) he accused her of "faking it, and having poor pain tolerance"!!! A fairly simple procedure (appendectomy) that should have taken a week to recover from turned into a AWFUL ten weeks of our family wondering if my niece was going to live or die, due to his MISERABLE and DISGRACEFUL medical care. Stay far FAR AWAY from this horrible man and from Bronson Hospital!!!!
