I politely asked them to cancel my appointment for tomorrow and scheduled an immediate sewer unplug for $20. Landyn shows up. Nice enough guy. I explain to him that I intend to use someone else to do the descaling of my sewer drain and that I would pay more for the service he is providing today. Went to his truck and called someone.
