I went in for something different but mentioned my automatic pool vac quit working. Jason said they could take a look at it for me. I brought it in and Matt got it up & working like brand new; right there in-store! Jason has been very helpful getting my water cleared back up. It's been a process. He gave me recommendations and helped me figure out the best course of action. He even wrote everything down for me so I wouldn't forget the order of the steps to take. The store is big and stocked with everything from chemicals to pool toys. Way to go guys!

Everyone else told us 6-8 weeks which also made us worry about waits for future services if needed. The installation team was fantastic, and the training class after fill up was a great added service. We learned so much from the installation team. Never happened. It took almost 9 months to get my spa heater repaired. Then I get a rude email saying if I didn't pay their bill immediately, they were going to turn it over to a collection agency. I HAD NEVER RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM THEM! I have made the decision to move on to another company. This company is not customer oriented and the boom economy has made them arrogant and surly.

They had zero sense of urgency when I reported the issue and refunded only $500. I requested a total refund of $900 and have not yet reciever the other $400.
