Never happened. It took almost 9 months to get my spa heater repaired. Then I get a rude email saying if I didn't pay their bill immediately, they were going to turn it over to a collection agency. I HAD NEVER RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM THEM! I have made the decision to move on to another company. This company is not customer oriented and the boom economy has made them arrogant and surly.

I tried several pool company's but they didn't even return calls. No Limit Pools (James) was referred to me and I called him. Not only did he pick up my call, he was so very polite, personable and knowledgeable. The day of our first appointment my DE filter exploded since it hadn't been cleaned in two years by our previous pool maintainer. I was in tears and didn't know what to do. James came along, talked me through everything he would do to get our pool back to it's full beauty. He replaced my filter and our salt filter system, shocked the pool, got rid of the month's worth of algae, calmed me down and restored our pool to it's former glory. For a monthly rate, we will visit your pool once per week and perform various aspects of pool maintenance. This includes, emptying the skimmers, the pool cleaner net, and the pump basket. We will net leaves and debris from the pool and sweep the side walls and steps of the pool. Also included is back washing of your DE filter. This is done on a "need to" basis and the frequency varies. Additionally we monitor and maintain proper balancing and sanitation of your pool. The monthly rate includes all chemicals to maintain pH, alkalinity, and calcium to balance; and chlorine to sanitize. We also keep an eye on your actual pool equipment. We will alert you before a small issue becomes a larger issue. If required, we can perform service work as well.
