My husband went in for a haircut & it's terrible !! He wanted a simple hair cut & his beard trimmed & they took off all his hair. Not to mention the neckline on the beard is not even straight. And then they decided to charge him $35 for it! How can you not even do a straight like on the neckline?! He will not be going back ever. Was welcome and felt immediately relieved. Good vibes from the start. My son is on the spectrum and gets overstimulated so fast and has anxiety. I was almost about to give up for the day because this was the 3rd shop we went to and he did not even want to step in the other places. The only reason I am rating this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the professional, friendly and courteous staff. However, the hair cuts are terrible. The first time I went, I asked for a low skin fade and it was too low. They didn't cut much. So the next time, I asked for a medium fade and it was too high ( very similar to a military buzz cut). I think the biggest problem is that they never turn you around to look at the mirror and check on the progress. The whole time you're getting your haircut, you have no idea what's going on. Probably the worst haircut I've ever gotten. The guy was nice to start off. I asked for a simple low fade and I simply do not understand if this is your profession, why don't you perfect your craft specially since they charge so much? Ended up with a unblended ugly haircut that I could've done a better job doing it on my own. On top of it all, the guy charged me $30 when they clearly charge $25 for that type of haircut. Dude was probably trying to secure his tip but if you have those morals and ethics, you most likely need the money, so I didn't even asked him. Well let's just jump right into it, so I've been here 3 times. I know my mistake, but I thought I should give the other barbers a chance and boy was I wrong. They seem to not pay attention to detail. I just went in today for a skin fade and seems like nothing was even cut. I'm pretty sure the only good barbers in this building are the first 3 chairs. It makes you wonder how the other barbers got there license. Probably one of the worst barber shops in all of Orange County. The barbers' name is pancho the seat all the way at the end next to the restroom. Got the same guy again on Saturday. And of course he would fuck up my hair twice. Gave me a razor burn as well. The other barbers I've gotten a cut is fine but him this pancho guy not so much. And to think you would trust this barber with his best judgement of a simple combover cut. I've asked the other barbers for a comb over cut and a fade and they get it. Pancho seemed confused doesn't seem to know what a simple combover cut is like so disappointing. read more

Disclaimer: This is a REAL barbershop located in the hood, so if this isn't your scene, you will def feel out of place. With that being said, their motto here is "Get Faded", cuz that's exactly what they specialize in. Fades, tapers, designs, kid cuts, they do it all here, except for highlights, in which case take your ass to a beauty salon with the rest of the women LOL. If you go on a Friday afternoon and weekends you will def find a crowd waiting, but they always have 5-6 barbers at a time, so they will get you on the chair quick. So if you want real talk and a real clean cut, hit this place up. The prices are very reasonable, they have two screens, and friendly staff. I've been coming here off and on for the past year. First let me say that the barbers here are serious when it comes to haircuts. Especially if you're looking for a fade or one of those new trendy cuts (faux hawk). The amount of time they spend on you and the attention to detail is really amazing--especially considering the reasonable prices they charge. When I first started coming here I was planning on giving this place a four star. Good quality cuts but annoyed by the long waits. However the more I've been coming, the more I realized that customer service and professionalism is seriously lacking. Most times I've come in the wait time has been ridiculously long (try up to an hour). Even though there is a number system, you will still see people who came in after you but get a cut before your turn. It also seems that there is no regard to the customer when it comes to the environment in the store. I'm not just talking about playing rap music with profanity, but X-rated songs that get into very explicit detail that families and kids should absolutely not be hearing. Yes, they do offer good haircuts but far from being professionally run. It's basically like getting a cut from your neighborhood homeboy. Which is fine if he's doing it out of his garage, but definitely not appropriate for a public business setting. read more
