Well priced. Hidden gem. Randy is great at combover fades. I got a fade, trim on top, and a beard trim. All of that for $22. Other barbers would charge significantly more for that. read more

We started taking out, then young grandson, here. I believe the man who we believe is the owner, would cut his hair for many years. Our grandson stopped going here for a while, then we took him back when he was 17 and the owner remembered him! The gentleman always cut our grandson's hair to his liking. read more

This barber has been great and affordable. Been going since they became the owners years ago (and for two owners before that). I am not selective on who I get when I go and always happy. I think you can select and maybe even get an appointment if you want. With all the tipping pressure around these days, it is nice to give about 100% tip and feel worth it! read more

This place may not be sleek and sexy, but the staff here are skilled and the prices can't be beat. They have great hours of operation too. So, if you're in a pinch and can't get to your normal hair cutter, give them a try. You'll switch like I did. read more

Went here twice for my two boys and my husband. $13 each. Both times they were speedy and turned out great! We had been to several other places that were expensive and didn't cut well. I ended up cutting their hair myself for a while, but it took too long. I'll be continuing to come back here! read more

Very affordable! Amazing quality haircuts! I came here today and got a skin fade, looks amazing.

I love this hidden gem. Randy and Tammy run a great old school barber shop. They are efficient, so I never have to wait too long for my barber. Prices are excellent -- what a great value! Within 2-3 visits, my barber learned me and my haircut/style preferences very well, so I leave happy every time. I am grateful to have Traditional Barbers! read more

Best price anywhere,, at a cost. All hairstylists are good people. I cut my hair here regularly. But, every single time they don't use the white thin paper cloth that goes around your neck. The regular cloth that goes over your body feels 'wet' on your neck. I get grossed out and icky really quick. Maybe I'll go down the street and pay the extra $10 dollars. read more

Love the service from the place and specially from Randy like the way they treat my grandson, Randy always treat the children very friendly I recommend this place 100% read more

Great place to get a regular haircut. Not expensive like all these people charging $35+. That's just ridiculous pricing for something so simple. read more

Good place to get a fresh cut! Going to come back! Nice people and knew what I wanted!

I've been going here for years and it's always the best haircut for a reasonable price. Gotta love the atmosphere and everyone involved. Couldn't recommend it enough read more

This place is pretty sweet. A friendly environment, the barbers are all really helpful, and the prices aren't that bad. I usually go in for a buzz all around and taper on the sides for about $8, not including tip. My go to gal is Amy. She's great! I don't have to explain what I want, she remembers everytime. I have also seen a bunch of people come, all shapes, sizes, and ages! Quick tips: 1. Don't hesitate to request one of the barbers, I saw many people waiting for particular barbers-- regulars. I recommend Amy. 2. CASH ONLY. Hence the one star deduction. read more

Traditional Barbers - Barbers Near Me - Anaheim, California

Been coming here for a few years now. I have had my hair cut by Vincent, Randy and both girls (not sure of their names). I love that I can come in and get a 0-fade and only pay $10. That is an $8 cut with $2 tip. This is not one of those modern places with all the music and unnecessary features. There are a couple flat screens, but they are usually tuned to the channel 9 news or some kind of foreign programming (I think the Owner/workers are Vietnamese). This place is usually fairly quiet and the barber's make small conversation, and they always greet you as you walk in. My only knock that I can say is that it is cash only, but at the same time, they do not have to charge ATM fees or have you pay any additional taxes that may occur when doing an ATM transaction. This place looks small from the outside but it is very large once you walk in, there are usually 2 barber's on hand at a given moment, and you will see all 4 barbers on the busier weekend days. If Randy, or Vincent or one of the girls reads this; "Please keep up the good job, it is very hard to find a consistently good barber with fair prices and a usual ensemble of employees. I love being open to go to your shop and see the same faces that I am used to, all of you have cut my hair once before and I have been satisfied with the work done by everybody." read more

Yelp only let's you leave a review if it's 8 pages long so right now I'll just summarize that this place gives amazing haircuts for quick and cheap. But if you'd like to know a little more, here is the rest of the filler: I used to get my haircut here about a decade ago before I started having a friend do it. But the other day I really needed one so I thought I'd go back for old times sake and see if they are still as great as I remember, and they absolutely are. It's actually like that place is stuck in a time loop because I don't think it changed even a little bit since 10 years ago/ It's the same awesome barbers. The main guy who just wears his blue jeans and white t-shirt giving me a super quick, clean, amazing haircut in record time. The only thing that has changed is that the price has gone up (by just a dollar!) It used to be $7 for a basic cut and now it's $8. I can't believe it's still that cheap. read more

Walked in and asked for a high fade and an undercut to the side. The barber, proceeds to shave all the way to the top of the fade, doesn't cut the undercut and leaves me with a ponytail. To salvage this, I ask to cut and even out the side that is a little longer to the side that is shorter. Barber then starts cutting the shorter side again. Contemplating shaving it off, it's uneven, the sides are at different angles, and the back is diagonal as well. Men that want a fade, stay away read more

If you come here don't get your hair cut by the lady she doesn't know how to cut hair good she also cut me making me bleed don't let their prices fool you. They also don't clean their clippers which leave white spots in your hair. read more

DO NOOOOOT GO HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. First time visiting with my husband we saw the female barber we heard that this barber from out of town, heard they were good but IT IS A LIE!!!!!!! They are unprofessional and DIRTY. I was observing this place. THEY DO NO CLEAN THEIR equipment after people coming in or disinfect their chairs DURING COVID. When I had confronted them the barber that was doing that was doing my husbands hair because I had seen some little boys coming and going and because of the of others and the worrisome of CORONAVIRUS SPREADING I was afraid. You know what had happen she was speechless and denied it when I SAW IT MYSELF. I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK. Disgusting especially during the CORONAVIRUS SPREADING IT EVERYWHERE!!!! read more

We have been coming to this place for a couple years for my husband and son's haircut. Decent haircuts for the price. However, as nice as the lady is, my son's haircut always comes out a bit crooked. So we decided to have the Asian guy do his hair. It was a lot better and my son liked it. Today, we went in again to wait for the Asian guy for my son's haircut. As we were getting ready to be the next, another customer who came AFTER us jumped in the chair. We told them that we were next and wanted to wait for the Asian guy for my son. He not only yelled at us and said we can go to any of the other ladies for a cut but that he was not planning to cut our son's hair due to all the other customers that came in after us. I said we were actually here before everyone else and he said "just go to the lady. She can cut it." Needless to say we are VERY upset with such poor service. It's not like a kids haircut is any cheaper than an adult haircut. We do appreciate one of the other ladies giving my so his hair cut. But of course we will NO LONGER be coming back. Plenty of barber shops in the area. What a disappointment. read more

The asian lady was okay for a $8 haircut. The place is very old and the asian guy talks a lot. Two people were waiting and this guy kept yapping like a canary. Overall you get what you pay for. read more

I've been coming to Vincent and Randy for years. It's the best place in the area to go for a quick, inexpensive haircut with great customer service. Only downside is that it's cash only, but you can't really complain about an $8 haircut. All the workers are Vietnamese, so it might be helpful to show them a picture of the look that you're going for so that nothing gets lost in translation. read more

I'm the type of guy who's been shaving his head with clippers ever since high school. I finally decided to grow my hair out, and Traditional Barbers took care of me. This is the place I've been looking for. $7 haircuts, skilled barbers who know how to use the clippers and get you set with a clean cut in 15 minutes. Just to let you know, they take cash only. The barbers there are nice, and do a great job. I don't really know how to rate barbers too much, so I'll sum it up as one of the best values in town. They close at 7 PM, so it's right up my alley for when I come back down from work. I'll be around again. read more

I have been going to this barbershop for about 20 years now. Wini has done a terrific job taking care of my hair. Since the coronavirus hit I asked her when she will be open for business and she never responded. That kind Of disappointed me because I think they're open now and I've called her on her cell phone several times. I understand the times are difficult right now and some people will go to work and some people are afraid to go to work. Regardless I will get a haircut somewhere because I haven't had one in a long time. I am surprised that when he did not contact me if she is working since I have contacted her several times and she said no I am not ready to go to business right now however I will contact you when I am. I have yet to hear from her. read more

Really I don't like, price is cheap but job he did too cheap.... what a bad job he even didnt expend 5 minutes to make $8 and tips, still I gave tips. now I am going to another barber shop to fix my hair. Never come back again read more

Good hair cut for cheap! My suggestion would be to come in with an exact plan for your hair. I saw other reviews before coming here but didn't really care because it was $8 for a cut. There were two people working. I got in and out pretty quickly. They didn't talk much. Overall, I was content with their service read more

Honestly a great shop that gets the job done. Vincent cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and the prices are unbeatable. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a haircut in the area. read more

I've been coming here for about 10 years! Randy and Winnie are the best! Highly recommended!

I like this place for a good cheap hair cut. You don't get to pick your barber, when it's your turn you get who you get. That seems to be how all these low cost barbers are. There similar one that's cheaper that's also close by to me but they do a better job here so it's worth the extra couple bucks. read more

I moved to Anaheim about a year ago and I found this barbershop on yelp. I've been coming here for about 8-10 months now and I am happy to keep coming back. Haircuts are quick, always what I ask for and prices are very reasonable. Thanks! read more

Have been getting my hair cut with Randy for many years. Great guy! Now is definitely the time to support your local businesses. Traditional Barbers are definitely Covid-19 compliant. read more

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I've been there many time and they usually do an ok job but today they butchered my hair and when I went back to ask them what they can do to help me out they started yelling at me to leave saying that's what I get for 8 bucks ( I always tip atleast 2 bucks so actually 10 ) the main dude was totally out of line and started cussing for no reason and literally blubbered on and tried making some comparison to getting bad food at a restaurant and after all that they didn't do anything to my hair or give me my money back. These guys have no idea how to run a business and this place is a complete hole in the wall next to an old Ralph's that has tons of drug addicts and homeless near it. STAY AWAY FORM THIS PLACE!!!!! read more

Came in for my haircut today, did an awesome job. For the price you cannot go wrong! Hidden gem!

If you care about your appearance.. Don't come here. I had an interview on a Wednesday, so I decided to cut my hair on Tuesday, big mistake. I came here to get a quick trim, I asked for a 5 on top, he went through with a #2! Haha oh man I was bad. Well here's my experience, hopefully it doesn't happen to any of you guys. read more

I've been coming here for over 10 years. I have had my bad experiences like others, but I figured out a few tips. Randy, Vince and Amy are the best ones there. Rotate between those 3 to see who you like. Instead of telling them what you want show them a picture of what you want to look like. Sometimes your fade might be different from what they think your fade should look like. I found this worked really well with Amy when I changed my style up to a combover. It may take a few haircuts here to figure out which barber you like but after its dialed in... You can't beat $8 for a haircut. read more
