I spent an entire week looking at apartments, but none of them measured up to my expectations. I was about to give up and settle for another apartment, when I found a listing online for this complex. I figured it wouldn't hurt to look at one more apartment, so I contacted the complex and immediately heard back from Dave, the manager, who was more than willing to show me the space. I kid you not, as soon as I walked into the apartment, I knew I had made the right decision to hold off on signing a lease on the other apartments. Not only was the apartment spacious and well kept, but it has covered parking, located in a great area with TONS of restaurants nearby, on a side street. There is little street noise, it's located in a very safe area, and the manager, Dave, is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to help if there is ever an issue. For example, after I moved in, I noticed that my kitchen sink was leaking. I texted Dave and he immediately had someone come out and replace it. But not only did they replace it, but they also put my water filter back on the faucet and checked to make sure it worked. Again, I cannot say enough about how amazing it is to live in this apartment complex. The space, the location, the management, the people, everything! When we moved in, we experienced an issue with our dishwasher and within 2 hours of submitting the request, Luis and Vince (maintenance team) showed up and replaced the entire unit. Denis is a wonderful property manager who seems to really care about my experience in the building and understands that it is my home in the making. I would suggest you buy a car cover for your automobile since the parking is outside and exposed to the sun & ever changing weather in LA. Make sure to note that you might have to rent a fridge/ also buy a microwave, and might not have a washer for the dishes. I'm a minimalist so all of these factors don't really affect me, but it's important to note. All in all, its been a great experience moving in.
