So this is for stars for awesome customer service, very friendly staff, a simple process, and the samples that I tried were good enough that I would be upset if my food turned out like that. This is a pretty common concept, and there's a chain of these around the areas , but this is the only one I've ever been to. You go in, everything is free portioned out and color-coded for you to just scoop as you go and make the meals ready to freeze, with some slight room for variation on your part. Don't like onions? Don't include, wanted a little spicier? Throw some ice Redpepper in there. You can't holistically change the proteins, but they did say they would work with you on vegetables and sides. For instance if you don't like green beans you could sub that dishes green beans for one of the other vegetables that week, and they are always willing to do that if you give them a heads up and for notice. This is important for me because I eat a very specific diet a lot of the time, and would not be willing to pay for food that I would meet. The prices are little higher than what I would like per serving, but with the introductory offer it works out to be a little over four dollars a serving. Without being a subscription, you can start and stop whenever you'd like, and buy food based on what you want to eat, this is a pretty good solution. Again I've yet to taste it yet, but I did try samples at the customer appreciation event back in June and thought it was a pretty good deal, will follow up whenever I actually thrown in the oven!

I LOVE Dream Dinners! It seriously changed my life! My husband and I both work insane amounts of…read morehours every week and just don't have time/energy to put thought into our meals so we were eating Macaroni and Cheese or hot dogs every night. Then we went home for Christmas in December and stayed with family who made us dinner every night and my 5 year old cried at every meal because it wasn't Mac and Cheese or hot dogs...so something had to change! Now that I have found Dream Dinners my husband and kids are excited to come home for dinner now and now my 5 year old is excited to try new foods. So here is how it works: 1 - Go to their website. You can make an appointment online - look on their site for the Introductory Offer. It's about $75 for 18 servings (6 meals - 3 servings each). 2 - Go to your appointment. Upon entering you will notice that the store is amazingly organized - and this is coming from someone who is obsessed with organization! You will have your own drawer with your name on it to put your personal belongings and this will also have the cards of the meals that you selected on your online order. 3 - Make your meals. There is a "station" for each meal with the recipe of how to make it. All of the ingredients are laid out for you so all you need to do is scoop them into a bag. You can customize the amounts of spices you want to use to fit your preferences. When you are done making your meals you can place your order for your next appointment, sample food for next month's menu, have a cup of coffee, all while the amazing staff packs up all of your meals and wheels them out to your car for you. 4 - Go home and make your meals. The direction cards are so easy to follow and most meals take very little time to prepare. That's it! So easy! Yes, it is a little more expensive than if you were to buy groceries and make it yourself but the time that it will save you is invaluable AND it is still MUCH less expensive than eating out every night or hiring a personal chef to cook for you! If you are like me and either don't like cooking or just don't have the time, it's worth it to check it out. It might just make your life a little better too!

Every visit feels just a little better than the last, which tells me the team genuinely cares and never gets complacent. Daryl, in particular, does an outstanding job making guests feel welcome. He takes the time to strike up conversation and check in on how your day is going--all while juggling multiple orders. It's impressive and makes the experience feel personal every time. My go-to order is the breakfast burrito (I always get it "burrito style") with bacon and a side of salsa. It pairs perfectly with a raspberry iced tea and the strawberry parfait--highly recommend that combo. I've seen a few reviews that paint a less favorable picture of the staff or food, but that hasn't matched my experience at all. Every visit I've had has been met with friendly service and consistently great-tasting food. Pricing typically runs around $17-25 for a meal like mine, which is right in line with other downtown Cincinnati breakfast spots. If you're staying at the Westin and have Elite Status, the breakfast vouchers through their partnership with Ingredients are a nice added perk. Overall, this has become one of my go-to breakfast spots in Cincinnati, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit

Some meat like bacon is baked in the brick oven so it's a nice added touch. Kind of pricey but the omelet was good and plenty to eat. The place is kept clean with someone always going around cleaning tables and clearing them. They have all kinds of drinks including Starbucks coffee. The view is beautiful right inside the Westin hotel ground floor lobby ish but it's kind of chilly. I wish it were a bit warmer to enjoy my hot food bc it got cold fast. Other than the prices (to be expected inside a hotel) and the chilly atmosphere, it's a great place and space and lots of space. And very nice staff.

Peachy is funny and engaging and really made cooking fun. She made an afnghany chicken and an eggplant artichoke dip. Everything was so delicious! Wow, just soooo good. She was generous in answering all our questions. She shared a lot of valuable information about nutrition and a proper diet. (She is a professional dietician.) She prepared 2 dishes for us to show us that healthy food can be delicious. (And it was!) Her explanation of the ingredients and how she prepared the meal was perfect. She provided paper/pen for us to take notes. She has a delightful personality that made the time in the class even more enjoyable. There were 8-10 of us in the class and I got the sense that we all became friends b/c of the atmosphere she created. The class was awesome and I cannot recommend it enough.

My aunt and I booked a class for the 2 of us. Upon arrival we were welcomed to sit and have snacks as well as a drink. The cooking class came with 2 drinks. They had fantastic non-alcoholic options. Mocktails that weren't an afterthought. It was fantastic! Our instructor took the time to explain how everything would work and then we were told to find our pre-assigned stations. At our stations, a lot of the prep work and measuring of ingredients was already done for us. This taught me a lot about prep work and successful cooking. I am not a very good cook and between my aunt and myself, we stayed at pace with the instructor. Absolutely friendly for beginners or those without cooking talent. When we finished cooking, we sat down back at our seats to enjoy the food we had prepared. I couldn't believe that I cooked what I was eating! We were sent home with their in house cookies and the recipes to what we cooked. Not only were the food choices delicious and awesome but the experience was so much fun! I highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, the hostesses were warm and accommodating, and the service throughout the meal was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. As someone with gluten allergies, I felt genuinely cared for. The team listened closely and offered recommendations that never felt like a compromise on flavor or creativity. We began with a dirty chai latte, aromatic and comforting, though I personally would have enjoyed a touch more sweetness. The dirty French, customized gluten free, was rich, decadent and deeply satisfying. It felt indulgent in the best way and showcased the kitchen's ability to balance comfort with culinary intention. To go, we ordered the crunchy chicken nuggets, fries and lemon ricotta pancakes. The fries were outstanding, perfectly crisp and addictive. My husband loved the pancakes, light and flavorful with a bright citrus note. The gluten free nuggets were enjoyable, though they did not quite reach the level I expected compared to the rest of the menu. Overall, Sacred Beast offers a dining experience where hospitality and thoughtful cooking meet effortlessly. It is a place that respects dietary needs without sacrificing taste or creativity, and one I would gladly return to.
