As Kara said, the staff knows their stuff and will answer any and all questions. You can taste as many as you like and there is no hard sale pressure to buy. You won't need any though! Three sizes of bottles are available which are filled for you directly from the urns (There is a technical name for these containers, which escapes me at present). For high-quality, fresh imported product, the prices are definitely fair, certainly no more than I would expect to pay at one of the above-mentioned stores. If you are torn, they have a great option of six mini bottles for $30, mix and match vinegars and/or oils. For two bucks more you can have your choices gift boxed. (HINT HINT). We went with the six bottle sampler on our first visit as I simply could not decide. I've used at least one of them every day, in salads, sautéed vegetables, roasting, bread and fruit dipping, soup seasoning..... I can see a store like this downtown.... Or in Brooklyn. So thrilled to find this in West Chester! Put this one on your list, after you experience it you won't be buying your olio e balsamico anywhere else.
