I should have paid attention to the red flag... they make you sign a form that says no refunds. It's as if they already know you will leave disappointed. When I came home, looked in the mirror and let the trauma sink in I called the salon sobbing. I had to travel for work the next day and no way was I going to look like this. Their solution?? Have the same hairstylist fix it. I said, "You mean the one that did this to my hair?!" I was asking her to "fix" it as she was cutting it. It just kept getting worse and I finally had to say it was fine. Why would I want to use that same person. I wasn't asking for my money back but for someone to at least fix it. I was told their manager would be in touch. No one ever called me back. In addition to spending over $70 for the cut, I then had to pay and additional $25 at Great Clips to at least get things a little blended in. There wasn't much they could do (I was left with hardly any hair to work with), but the stylist was at least able to minimize the bowl look.
