Reception let her know I was there-attentive, very clean, very professional. Robin took me back to her chair where we discussed my style, she then shampooed, and conditioned my hair with a wonderful scalp massage post cleansing. She had just the right amount of pressure yet so very gentle and soothing. She then offered a facial massage with a warm towel and light massage-again fantastic. Robin cut, blow dried and curled my hair. She applied leave in conditioner, light texturized, a bit of mousse and light hair spray as finish. My hair feels, looks and smells great. She is excellent and I am already booked for foils. I'm so excited I can't wait. This is the first time in my life, someone actually knew my hair style, and cut.
