The online booking process was super easy, and provided very detailed instructions of what to do once you arrive. The application took about 1.5 hours, and the environment in the studio is calm and relaxing (i almost fell asleep a few times, because I was so relaxed. haha). They have several after care products available in the studio, and you are sent home with detailed instructions on how to care for your lashes and make them last.
