I tried for weeks through calling text messaging and emails. They were non-responsive. I don't know about anybody else, but I could never recommend a company that didn't respond in one way or another. If they were unavailable, they could've just said so, but they just ghosted instead.

Despite these assurances, the problems were never resolved and the job was left incomplete. Communication throughout the process was unprofessional. I received responses that felt dismissive, and at one point I was sent messages that I found threatening. Rather than taking responsibility for unfinished work, the focus shifted to placing blame on me as the customer. I would not recommend this company for any turf installation. The combination of substandard workmanship, unfulfilled promises, and poor customer service made this one of the most frustrating service experiences I have had.
