The quote I got was quite reasonable, but the thing that set them apart was, they had a POV on how it should look and possible contingencies depending on how we laid it out (where water would pool, tradeoffs of X vs Y, etc). We had a terrible experience with Evercraft. All the work they did in our kitchen project was done improperly. They used exterior deck stain and ruined the hardwoods in our kitchen. They drywalled over an outlet. They got paint all over our new cabinets. The wallpaper install is ripped on the edges and glue everywhere. We gave them multiple chances to correct the work and they tried but it was still shoddy at best. Other trades told us they would never work with them again. We have asked them to refund us the money for the improperly done work and they ghosted us. We're now paying $6000 to get the work redone. Stay away unless you want to get the work redone immediately. read more

Josefina, who answers the phones, is super sweet and nice. They set up a free estimate quickly and she had one of her uncles, Jose come out. Despite my following up twice, they never followed up with an estimate or timeline to get the job done (stone cutting and install), so I had to go with another company/family friend, and not use the original or intended product (quartz). It really would've been nice for them to follow up to my calls, and let me know they could or could not do the job. Instead, it was radio silence and after twice following up over more than a week and hearing they would get back to me in the few days, then no word, I just gave up. I never did hear back from them, and it's been weeks, going on months, ago. read more

We needed our shower pan to be rebuilt and tiled after repairing our main sewer line. Evercraft Remodeling was wonderful! They are super friendly, knowledge and a great team. From estimate to, job completion to final walk through I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The guys did excellent work, exactly as we wanted, making adjustments to our needs as we went. It's unfortunate I have to now warn others about this unethical company. I hired Evercraft Remodeling in 2019 to apply and finish sheetrock on a ceiling. Soon after installation the same seam cracked on two different occasions. I contacted Jose, the owner, and he was swift each time to make repairs, as it was under warranty. However, in August of 2021 I again contacted Jose because I discovered the same seam, and now another seam had again failed. It was apparent that the install crew failed to use seam tape. Jose came to my home, made an assessment, and agreed to repair both seams. He said he would try to fit me in as soon as possible but was booked until November. The third week of November I called him as I had not heard from him. He told me he would try to have a crew out before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years all came and went without hearing from Jose. The third week of January, on a Monday, I again called Jose. Without hesitation, he stated that he and his crew would come on that Saturday. Saturday came and went.....no one showed up or called. Very disappointed that Jose, and Evercraft Remodeling, has now established themselves as unethical and performing sub-par services. read more
