Street art is one of my favorite things as a photographer to see when visiting new cities, so I loved seeing this hub of local art murals! It's much more of a casual art walk than an attraction, but there are bars, cafes and restaurants in the area you can make an outing around and check out.

This is a mural chasers dream. There are several great murals in one place . Parking was a little weird . Everything is outside and there are a few other murals within walking distance

Cool spot to see some graffiti art. Very close to downtown Houston, walking distance from the convention center. Some very cool and interesting pieces. Visited during the week day, morning time, so I had the place to myself.

April 7, 2023 Drove in from Galveston for the day and even in the rain ...had to check out some street art that I haven't seen in a few years. I love the messages and the awareness.

Whether you're a local or just visiting. This is worth the stop. Many photo options are available, and expressions of art here. It pays homage to local legends and just shows the culture. I love how, on any given day, you'll see people of all ages and races gathered here taking photos and admiring.

It's a nice little tourist attraction spot in downtown Houston right next to the convention center. I was there working on the side to check it out. Pretty cool spot go Dodgers.

Lovely wall of art. Location: Leeland Parking: plenty all @ (street parking) Wait time: none Price: free Plenty of different murals all @. I went during the weekday in the morning. There was absolutely no one there.

Not really an exciting place. There is some cool art, but it's not the best looking area of town. I snapped a couple pics and left quickly.

Let's start by clarifying that Graffiti Park is not a park at all. It's a tourist stop that consists of several murals in one parking lot. Houston is home to so many talented graffiti artists. I was so happy to experience this part of my trip downtown. My favorites were the tribute to George Floyd, Kendrick and the wall with Paul Wall. Be sure to snap some pics while in town. You won't regret it.

So glad I got a chance to visit Graffiti Park! Absolutely loved the talent and artwork that was displayed. Great cultural experience.

I was so Happy we stopped here during our visit to Houston. There are a couple of blocks of some Amazing art work done by local talent. To just experience the work and talent that went into making these murals was fantastic to see. Definitely a place to stop when visiting Houston. You will not be disappointed. Until next review Kisses

This place was a cool stop, don't expect to spend more than 10 minutes there, but definitely worth checking out. Had some cool graffiti art. We parked on the street, which was pretty open the time of day we went, Tuesday mid day.

I've had this spot bookmarked for quite some time. Since we're social distancing and wearing masks out in public, this was a unique opportunity to go check this place out. We stayed in the car for the most part and drove around various streets to enjoy all the creative artwork displayed. Houston definitely has some talented artists. One mural, in particular, was relevant to what we're all facing right now: the coronavirus mural. If you looked at it from right to left, it showed how the coronavirus was dominating us in the beginning. But, when social distancing (6 feet apart), hand washing, disinfectant use, and other treatments have been implemented; you can then see how we're winning against the coronavirus to eliminate it from our world. It was truly an inspiring and hopeful message in these unsettling times. We did enjoy the other murals as well, including a face portrait of Kobe Bryant (RIP), Emoji flowers, and an astronaut holding a flag with an inspiring quote from the Mexican artist, Frida Kahlo. If you're having cabin fever, like most of us in the world, drive out to this spot and check out the amazing artwork here.

Oh, The Galleria! My ex-husband is from Houston and I've…read morebeen to The Galleria many, many times. In fact, I started going long before I knew my husband. My dad also lived in Houston and we'd often do shopping or eating at the mall. My daughter (who is now 30) loved (& still does) skating at the ice rink during the holidays. It's a magically fun experience. The Galleria is always incredibly decorated for the holidays. I still get to Houston 1-2 times a year and always enjoy visiting The Galleria. The Galleria itself has not only the ice rink but office space, two hotels, lots of places to eat, and shopping. The retail offerings range from shops like H&M, Macy's, and Nordstrom to high-end luxury shops like Gucci & Chanel. We were there just a few months ago and it was just as fun and exciting as my first visit! Gang, there are so many stores here. Like crazy amounts (a few hundred). It's very large and easy to navigate and of course gets extremely busy during peak times. A must-visit for locals and tourists alike.

My friends and I…read moreare dedicated bargain shoppers, and despite our best efforts, the Houston Galleria wasn't giving up any deals. With only about an hour before leaving Houston, our shopping mission was more of a speed run than a leisurely browse. Even without scoring any purchases, the Houston Galleria remains an impressive destination. The moment you step inside, you experience bright lights, multiple levels of stores, and a steady stream of shoppers that create an energetic, bustling atmosphere. Beyond shopping, the mall offers entertainment options such as its iconic indoor ice-skating rink, making it easy to spend an entire day there. One of the Galleria's biggest strengths is its variety. Luxury retailers like Chanel and Louis Vuitton share space with more accessible brands such as Banana Republic and American Eagle, offering something for nearly every budget and style. Whether you're on a focused shopping mission or simply window-shopping, there's plenty to explore...even if, in our case, we left empty-handed. The dining options are equally diverse, ranging from food-court favorites to sit-down restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and Shake Shack to Chic-fil-a. While we didn't find the bargains we were hoping for, our fast-and-furious shopping adventure was filled with laughter and great conversation, and the kind of fun that comes from spending time with good friends. Sometimes spending quality time with friends is the best find of all.

The setup was thoughtful, elevated, and beautifully curated. Every person I spoke with commented on how much they loved the space, and the event felt unforgettable in the best way.
