A…read morelittle problem recently occurred with the dome on one of her hearing aids coming off and lodging inside her ear canal. It didn't hurt but it was some what bothersome. All the Doctor offices are closed so we opt for the local emergency room. We live in a town of 5000 and are fortunate to have an ER. The Dr in attendance tonight tries unsuccessfully to pull it out. Ends up inflaming the ear canal lining rubbing tools against the lining. To his credit he did his best but just didnt have the tools to do the job. He gives her a pain tablet and refers her to an ENT. As we leave he is willing to try some more but we leave and settle in for the night. Pain pill does it's job. The next morning we call Premier Medical and they have us come on in. After a 75 minute drive we arrive and have very little waiting time. We get to see Dr Kimberly Elliot. Dr Elliot has the dome out in less than 30 seconds. Excellent bedside manners and knew what she was doing. Also she had the tools/instruments to work the dome out. I recommend Dr Elliot for all ENT events in the future.

I set up an appointment for an eye exam a few months ago and arrived a bit early to fill out any needed paperwork. I then waited just over an hour in the main waiting room before being escorted to a smaller waiting room. I then sat for another thirty minutes without seeing a soul before I got disgusted and left. Upon leaving my second waiting room I passed a gaggle of young people in scrubs who must have been too busy gabbing to let me know if the doctor had been kidnapped or something else horrible had happened to him. There had to be a good reason for me to have been there for an hour and a half without seeing Dr. Mosteller. On leaving I told the person at the desk to call me if they ever got to a point where I might actually see the doctor. I did get a call the next day to tell me that they had been really busy on my appointment day. I thought that was the reason for the appointment process, it keeps everyone from showing up at the same time.

A prominent Eye Surgeon in Atlanta, had performed cataract surgery about 18 months before my move to the Bay Area. Before cataract surgery my vision was 20/25. Rougly normal. After Surgery it immediately went down to 20/50 in one eye and 20/80 in the other. In other words I had to be within 20 feet of an object that a person with normal vision could see from 50 or 80 feet depending on the eye. That's a reduction in vision of roughly 75%. For 18 months I spent thousandnof dollars, and endless appointments with specialists in Atlanta. Nobody could figure out how to repair the damage that had been done. Shortly after moving to the area, I met Dr. Zloty by chance. I gave him the files from the Previous Opthalmologist, and made an appointment as immediately as possible to see Dr.Zloty. Dr Zloty did one test during my appointment. The same test, using the same equipment had been conducted several times in Atlanta. Within 15 minutes, gave ne a detailed explanation of my problem. Within a few weeks and two simple procedures, I now have 20/20 vision. Dr Zloty says it will continue to improve! So was it a miracle? I don't know. But I do know that my vision has been saved because Dr Zloty had knowledge that a large team of other Doctors in Atlanta didn't have. On another note. My neighbor had surgery in Texas before coming here. She is an 89 year old widow that is very active. One of her eyes had lost all vision. She had seen other Doctors, with no results. I told her about my experience and she made an appointment with Dr. Zloty. Surgery was conducted yesterday and her sight has been restored! Outcomes, procedural processes, and what you can expect will all be a lie. Once you get there don't expect to be able to leave, they will promise you that you have ever right to change your mind but when you do your held against your will and put to sleep, or tell you anything and promise you the world to get you to stay. They aren't willing to let that money walk out of the hospital. I've had failed prk laser surgery, and failed corneal transplant with this group. Having anything to do with Dr Zloty and his staff especially Diana worst mistake I've ever made. If you wanna be violated, mislead, misguided, and after thousands spent still be no better by all means go see him and Diana. Once again if being violated and held (raped) against your will is your thing please by all means give them a shot.
