I have read some of these reviews that I believe may be written by disgruntled/entitled minded…read morepeople in general -- just my opinion. I have been going to this practice since the 90's (my early 30's) and I didn't think anyone could take Dr. Brummett's place when he retired , but Dr. Amy Kayl was the perfect fit for me as a primary physician. She is genuinely concerned about her patient's overall health - mental and physical. Her training as a D.O. has her caring for your whole well-being - that actually requires taking the time with a patient to actually get to know them. In today's medical climate - this is a rarity that finds me grateful to be under her type of care. As for the nursing staff & front office, I've never found anyone to be rude, but I believe everybody's entitled to have a bad day every once in a while. For me, they've been nothing but professional & helpful - I would have no problem calling that behavior out if I had experienced it. I have not seen the other doctors in the group so I cannot recommend or not recommend them. I know other people under their care and have not heard anything that stands out as negative.

When is this practice going to get their front office act together? I really like the doctor, but…read morethe administrative functions of Jubilee Primary Care are a nightmare to deal with. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. It's my understanding that this practice has recently been bought out, and appointments are handled through a call center... which may explain why no one knows what the heck is going on here locally. Come on Dr. Rainer, please encourage your office staff to get their act together. So frustrating
