They seem to think her first racket needs to be a perfect fit and she'll be using it the rest of her life. Rather this is just a starter racket to see if she'll get into the sport enough to get her a serious racket later. I asked if he could point us towards the oversized head rackets and instead of doing that he went on a long rant about how that's not a good idea for her.... Long story short the surprise is blown since now she has to demo a bunch of rackets before the gift. It's no wonder the shop is always vacant regarding customers.

Once I went back to school, my daughter and her husband started taking her at night since I live out of town. Her night class has gotten huge and the parents do not control their children. My granddaughter has been knocked down and trampled several times and the parents never apologize or even acknowledge it and nor does the teacher. I called to express my concerns and found out that the only smaller classes for her age are offered during the day and both my daughter and son in law work until 5:00. We decided it is best to stop going to Little Gym.The price we pay is expensive and I feel like she is going to get hurt. My granddaughter loves going but her class has just gotten out of control. I wish Little Gym would either limit the number of kids in the night and Saturday classes or add more night classes. Unfortunately some people do have to work.

If you're in the triangle area and you are seeking some fun, don't head to a skating rink, drive pass the movie theater and head towards KnockerBall! This was so much fun! KnockerBall is so much fun. You get inside of these huge plastic balls that are filled with air. You are well surrounded by loads of padding. Imagine holding up a shield that covers your whole body. Its clear so you can see straight through it. There is these cool seat belt straps that hold you in place. They have different size balls for kids and adults. The workers that oversaw our game time were good. They did a good job making sure everyone was safe and sound. They played music for us as well and they even gave us bottled waters during our break. Here is a few tips: Wear workout cloths if you can. You will work up a good sweat inside of the ball as it gets warm. Also you want to be able to run and move freely so don't wear your skinny jeans that all tight and form fitted lol. I would also advise you to go with a group of your friends. I can imagine doing that with just two people and it being redundant hitting the same person. We went with a group of 10 and had a blast. 5 STARS KnockerBall - Triangle

Knockerball review I…read moreexperienced a major injury (ruptured Achilles' tendon) at this facility and reached out to management to let them know what happened and perhaps suggest their young staff be trained a little on what to do in case of emergency. At the time of my injury, the staff kinda stared at me roll around in pain but didn't stop the game or call for mall security/help or anything. Didn't ask me if I was even ok. That was about 3 wks ago and to date, I've heard nothing back from the management. Accidents happen but from a customer service perspective, this has been a terrible experience. So be warned, once you sign the waiver, they will not care what happens to you!
