You couldn't get a more dedicated, highly skilled and loving (but firm when needed - constructive criticism is key in grooming training) instructor. I am also extremely fond of her assistant, Brittany, who is also an instructor. I can say in all honesty I am highly efficient with pads, sani, rough cut, bath, blowout and final groom. *In-classroom education with instructor Sue is EXCELLENT. Almost 100% of the school's doggies are long-term, repeat clients because the students are trained to groom "breed-specific." We are trained to cut "Show-groom" styles and techniques. The dogs (clients) ALWAYS look fabulous at pick-up time.

At first they attempted to replicate the issue at the store but it didn't work, so they've asked me to bring my power cord, mouse and keyboard. They dug and dug and found the issue! A couple of corrupt drives my razed synapse downloaded (or incorrectly downloaded). A few updates later, I got my pc back!!! Thank you guys for being persistent and actually caring about my pc!
