Does anyone know of outside funding that can assist with the cost?

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any. I'm generally on the lookout as I would be a nice benefit if it appears.

Do you have make ups? For instance there are 2 classes per week but can there be 3 classes one week and 1 class the other. We are 30 minutes away.

Consistency is key, but life does happen. We recognize that. Yes, we can do makeups. If the schedule allows it, we can also make up a missed session by adding 30 minutes to a couple of future sessions. That way, families do not have to take… Read more

What is the average monthly cost for turtoring for math for 3graders?

Our standard fee is $380 per month. This covers two sessions per week for one hour per session. Over the month, that would be for 8, 9, or 10 sessions depending on how the calendar is set up.… Read more

From my AP tutoring needs as well as ACT prep (BTW increased by 5 points!!), Billy, Adam, and Justin really prepared me for the college application process. As stressful as high school was for me, Billy and his team of warm, SUPER intelligent, polymathic mentors, guided me through every step of the way, being accessible 24/7 by text, call or email. Any question that my parents and I had, at any time, was answered. Looking back as I start my second semester at Columbia University, I could not be more thankful for the time that I spent with the amazing team at ESM! I trust the team at ESM and cannot wait to have Billy and his team help my own future children apply to college!

Billy has a wonderful set of tutors that really cares for their students and want to see them achieve all their academic and extra-curricular goals. My tutors always worked around my schedule and made meetings fun and educational. ESM truly wants their students to succeed on any life path they decide to take. I recommend ESM to every family I know with students still in high school because no matter how successful a student is, ESM can help.

In general, the staff is very nice, including Carol Hess. Sadly her nice personality does not take away from the fact that 12K spent did not translate into better grades; to the contrary, my daughter got the worst grades of her entire life right after KPLC. Also, turns out that there was a miscommunication with Kaiser. They only do hearing tests, not testing for Central Auditory Processing Disorder. So, I am going to go to my alma mater Sac State for CAPD testing for $200.00 rather than the $750.00 the woman Carol Hess recommend. Big savings for something my daughter probably doesn't have anyway.

I was drowning in a legal and educational institution NIGHTMARE -- although a lawyer myself I felt horribly lost in a system that seemed rigged for my kids' failure. You took us by the hand, carefully explained the testing system, learning strategies and obstacles, medication options and most of all, what my rights were and HOW TO FIGHT! From day one, you explained that this is a journey of partnership, and patiently helped us get consistent with your required at HOME exercises , including learning games and tools which have proved useful over and over again....My daughter who is now 21, and blossoming beautifully beyond all outside expectations, still asks for card games and makes games out of her very challenging medical training course materials and terminology! Most recently, you helped us nail additional accommodations she needed to fully access the educational program at a medical assistant college and she is getting As and Bs despite her ADD and cognitive processing disorder which was misdiagnosed by medical and teacher profession until she reached MIDDLE S SCHOOL! Before that she was failing in math and science and spending countless hours every night trying to learn in a way that was unsuited for HER. With accommodations that you helped us fight for in place, she broke the old mold and got the highest class grade on a 9th grade Algebra test. Lastly, we cannot THANK YOU enough for taking time during your VACATION recently to write a letter that moved mountains and smoothed the way for her accommodations at the medical training college. You are an outstanding committed professional and truly caring human being. Bravo, Keeping Pace!
