Carmel greeted me right at the door and was so friendly and accommodating! If you park in the lot, she will validate your parking ticket for you. Doctor Monica spent over an hour with me for a consultation and adjustment. We spoke in depth about my pain and concerns, and then she explained what she believed we needed to work on. She said she really focuses on muscle therapy, in addition to adjustment, which has already made a world of difference after one visit. I've been dealing with a shoulder injury for 8 years, and it has recently worsened. After one session with her, I am feeling much better. I then had a massage with Alicia, and it complimented my adjustment perfectly! I've never had a professional massage focus time on my head and feet, and it felt so nice! Important to point out, the practice is currently only accepting BCBS insurance. I'm fortunate to have that so I only have a co-pay for the adjustment and massage, but if you don't have BCBS, the massage would be $80, and I'm not sure the cost of the adjustment. Also worth noting is that the office space is so nice! It's clean, modern, inviting, and has spa vibe to it, as opposed to a medical office. Finally, it's located in Gaslight Village, so after my appointment, I ventured to Starbucks for a coffee and to read my book. Great day!

As a result I have experienced many types of techniques, treatment practices and business methodology. The treatment from Dr. Davis and his staff has been among the best experiences I have received. Every treatment is personalized to what you are experiencing at that moment - there is no cookie-cutter approach taken. Dr. Davis listens to what you are experiencing, evaluates you at every visit and takes detailed notes to inform future visits. While the schedule can get busy, they are very accommodating in working you in. Also, regardless of how busy they may get, I always feel as if I am getting the full attention I should during my visit. Most importantly, the treatments work. I'm happy to recommend the care provided by Dr. Davis and his team.

(With a toddler and a newborn to take care off, I didn't have time to just sit around and wait for it to get better, which is all doctors seem to recommend!). My boss recommended Dr. Limonoff (who insists on being called Jeff) at East Lansing Chiropractic. The office was very friendly and got me in the day after I called. There was a bit of a wait once I got there -- maybe 15 minutes -- but not a huge deal. Jeff is super-friendly and very chatty. He explained everything thoroughly, and I didn't find the adjustments painful. One nice thing is that he doesn't push X-rays (I especially appreciated that, as a nursing mom) or a bunch of follow-up visits. He even said, "Unless this is a pain you've had for 20 years, if I haven't gotten it fixed in three visits, I'm doing something wrong." That was nice to hear, as some of the chiropractors I was looking at before he was recommended seemed to expect you to be coming back for MONTHS! I've had two visits now (with instructions to make another if the pain comes back), and I feel great! If I have any more back or neck issues, I'll definitely see Jeff again.
